1. 卷邊圈(quan)制作方法


  如圖2-53所示,將鋼板圈(quan)置于上下凹模(mo)之(zhi)間,內凸模(mo)在(zai)外力(li)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用下將鋼板圈(quan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)成卷邊(bian)圈(quan)。施力(li)的(de)(de)機(ji)具可(ke)采用液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)千(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)。當鋼板厚為3mm時(材(cai)質為1Cr18Ni9Ti),100kN(10t)的(de)(de)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)千(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)可(ke)制(zhi)作(zuo)公(gong)(gong)稱(cheng)尺(chi)寸DN25mm的(de)(de)卷邊(bian)圈(quan);當板厚3.5mm時,500kN(50t)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)千(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)可(ke)制(zhi)作(zuo)公(gong)(gong)稱(cheng)尺(chi)寸DN50mm的(de)(de)卷邊(bian)圈(quan);當板厚4mm時,1000kN(100t)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)千(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)(ding)可(ke)制(zhi)作(zuo)公(gong)(gong)稱(cheng)尺(chi)寸DN80mm的(de)(de)卷邊(bian)圈(quan)。

在加工鋼板圈時,應使其內徑與管子外徑的比為(1:2.1)~(1:2.2)。



 2. 卷(juan)邊短管的制(zhi)作

  短(duan)管(guan)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)可采用電動卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)機(ji),其制(zhi)作方法(fa)如圖2-54所示。內(nei)模(mo)的角度a有45°、90°、125°、180°四種。在管(guan)子上卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)時,內(nei)模(mo)(中碳(tan)鋼(gang)制(zhi)成(cheng))更換4次,沖壓(ya)即成(cheng)。短(duan)管(guan)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)比鋼(gang)圈(quan)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)麻煩些(xie),但安(an)裝方便。卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)圈(quan)與管(guan)道(dao)焊(han)接時,常因焊(han)縫(feng)高度較(jiao)大(da),焊(han)后要(yao)進行(xing)加工,否則(ze)會造成(cheng)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)圈(quan)與鋼(gang)法(fa)蘭接觸不(bu)緊密(mi)的缺陷。
