隨著石油、天然氣、鍋爐、建筑等行業的不斷發展,在使用條件、節能降耗、產品性能等方面對不銹鋼管提出了越來越高的要求。在常規熱軋不(bu)銹鋼管生產過程中,管坯成型歷經高溫穿孔、軋制以及定徑等工藝。產品受到圓形中空斷面形狀及生產工藝制約,缺乏更為有效的組織和性能調控手段,導致其性能提升僅能依靠添加合金元素及后續離線熱處理工序,給高品質不銹鋼管材開發以及生產成本、制造效率和能源消耗控制等帶來諸多不利影響。


  控(kong)(kong)(kong)制軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制與控(kong)(kong)(kong)制冷(leng)(leng)卻工(gong)(gong)藝(控(kong)(kong)(kong)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)控(kong)(kong)(kong)冷(leng)(leng),TMCP)可綜合利用細晶強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)化、析(xi)出強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)化和(he)相變強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)化等強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)化機制,是有(you)效在(zai)(zai)線(xian)(xian)調控(kong)(kong)(kong)熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)鋼(gang)(gang)材組(zu)織(zhi)、顯著提(ti)升材料性(xing)能的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要手段。經三十(shi)余(yu)年(nian)快速發展,控(kong)(kong)(kong)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)控(kong)(kong)(kong)冷(leng)(leng)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)已廣泛應(ying)用于熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)帶(dai)鋼(gang)(gang)、型(xing)鋼(gang)(gang)、棒線(xian)(xian)材等領(ling)(ling)域。然而,熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管有(you)別于熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)板(ban)(ban)帶(dai)鋼(gang)(gang)等鋼(gang)(gang)材門類,不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)管軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制變形(xing)和(he)成型(xing)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻工(gong)(gong)藝與常(chang)規控(kong)(kong)(kong)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)控(kong)(kong)(kong)冷(leng)(leng)工(gong)(gong)藝示(shi)意(yi)圖如圖6-63所示(shi)。熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管高溫穿軋(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產工(gong)(gong)藝條(tiao)件使得控(kong)(kong)(kong)制軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用受到極大(da)限制,環形(xing)斷(duan)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)形(xing)狀特點使得控(kong)(kong)(kong)制冷(leng)(leng)卻技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開發難度(du)很大(da),嚴重(zhong)(zhong)制約了基于控(kong)(kong)(kong)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)控(kong)(kong)(kong)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)在(zai)(zai)線(xian)(xian)組(zu)織(zhi)性(xing)能調控(kong)(kong)(kong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)在(zai)(zai)該領(ling)(ling)域的(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用和(he)發展,熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管產品的(de)(de)(de)(de)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)、韌性(xing)和(he)焊(han)接性(xing)等綜合性(xing)能的(de)(de)(de)(de)全面(mian)提(ti)升面(mian)臨瓶頸。因(yin)此,實(shi)現熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)管的(de)(de)(de)(de)成型(xing)和(he)成型(xing)過程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)在(zai)(zai)線(xian)(xian)組(zu)織(zhi)性(xing)能調控(kong)(kong)(kong),是熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管領(ling)(ling)域長期以來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)點攻關方向之一。

  針對熱(re)(re)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)在(zai)(zai)線組(zu)織性能調控(kong)工(gong)業化技(ji)術(shu),其(qi)(qi)相關機(ji)理(li)及(ji)核心機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)長期以(yi)來未取得(de)有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)突(tu)破。首先,在(zai)(zai)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)方面(mian)(mian),由于不(bu)銹鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)加工(gong)過程中(zhong)(zhong)需(xu)要(yao)經歷復(fu)雜的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)型工(gong)序(xu),為(wei)降(jiang)低變形抗力以(yi)保證(zheng)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)序(xu)的(de)(de)(de)穩(wen)順進(jin)(jin)(jin)行,管(guan)(guan)(guan)坯的(de)(de)(de)加熱(re)(re)溫(wen)度(du)往(wang)往(wang)較高(gao),同(tong)時要(yao)在(zai)(zai)盡(jin)可能高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)下連續(xu)完(wan)成(cheng)穿孔及(ji)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)過程,為(wei)此難(nan)以(yi)實現通過低溫(wen)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)藝對奧氏體(ti)組(zu)織狀(zhuang)態(tai)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行調控(kong)。其(qi)(qi)次(ci),在(zai)(zai)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)方面(mian)(mian),盡(jin)管(guan)(guan)(guan)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)形狀(zhuang)簡單,但特(te)殊(shu)的(de)(de)(de)環形斷(duan)面(mian)(mian)特(te)征使(shi)(shi)得(de)其(qi)(qi)均(jun)(jun)勻(yun)化冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)顯(xian)著區別(bie)于板帶鋼(gang)及(ji)其(qi)(qi)他類型鋼(gang)材。例如,沿(yan)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)圓周方向均(jun)(jun)勻(yun)對稱的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)水布置并不(bu)能使(shi)(shi)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)達到(dao)均(jun)(jun)勻(yun)化的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)效(xiao)(xiao)果,這其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)必然存在(zai)(zai)異于傳(chuan)統理(li)念的(de)(de)(de)環形斷(duan)面(mian)(mian)下的(de)(de)(de)均(jun)(jun)勻(yun)化冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)。由于鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)均(jun)(jun)勻(yun)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)機(ji)理(li)及(ji)其(qi)(qi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方法(fa)的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)究進(jin)(jin)(jin)展有(you)限,導致控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)過程中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)組(zu)織性能均(jun)(jun)勻(yun)性以(yi)及(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)不(bu)均(jun)(jun)造成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)彎管(guan)(guan)(guan)事故無(wu)法(fa)有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)解決(jue),在(zai)(zai)較長時間制(zhi)(zhi)約了控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)(que)技(ji)術(shu)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)領域(yu)的(de)(de)(de)發展和應用。
