1. 制定標準的(de)意義
GB/T 31940-2015首次制(zhi)定(ding),主編(bian)單位為番禺珠江鋼管(guan)。
隨著世界石(shi)油(you)工業的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發展,油(you)氣井開(kai)采環境(jing)日趨(qu)苛刻,油(you)套管(guan)(guan)(guan)和油(you)氣集輸(shu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)線面臨的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)腐蝕(shi)(shi)環境(jing)更趨(qu)嚴(yan)酷(ku),CO2/H2S腐蝕(shi)(shi)已經成為(wei)(wei)(wei)國內乃至全球(qiu)油(you)氣開(kai)采和集輸(shu)過程中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要腐蝕(shi)(shi)問(wen)題。在高腐蝕(shi)(shi)環境(jing)下應用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)統管(guan)(guan)(guan)材為(wei)(wei)(wei)不銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)或(huo)合金(jin)(jin)耐(nai)(nai)蝕(shi)(shi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)材,這些(xie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)材使用(yong)成本較高。雙(shuang)金(jin)(jin)屬復(fu)合管(guan)(guan)(guan)其復(fu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)不銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)或(huo)合金(jin)(jin),滿(man)足高腐蝕(shi)(shi)環境(jing)輸(shu)送介質的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu),該層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚度可為(wei)(wei)(wei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)壁(bi)厚的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)10%~40%;而(er)基層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)則為(wei)(wei)(wei)滿(man)足管(guan)(guan)(guan)材性能要求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)普通(tong)碳(tan)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)或(huo)低合金(jin)(jin)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)。這樣就(jiu)可以大大降低耐(nai)(nai)蝕(shi)(shi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)材的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)材料成本。本標(biao)準的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)規定,對(dui)于(yu)規范鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生產和驗收,促進鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)推廣(guang)應用(yong)具(ju)有積極意義。
2. 主要技術內容
本標(biao)準為內外兩層(ceng)金屬通(tong)過冶金復(fu)合(he)或機(ji)械方(fang)式制造的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),適用(yong)(yong)于(yu)民(min)用(yong)(yong)建設、市(shi)政(zheng)建設,石油(you)天然氣輸(shu)送油(you)井集輸(shu),化工管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道等領域。規定(ding)了基(ji)層(ceng)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)24個(ge)牌號,成分、性(xing)能參照(zhao)GB/T700、GB/T1591、GB/T9711和(he)GB150的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。對基(ji)層(ceng)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)外徑、壁(bi)厚偏差(cha)做出明確規定(ding)。鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)全長彎曲(qu)度應不大(da)于(yu)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)長度的(de)(de)(de)(de)0.15%。鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)端不圓度不超過公稱外徑的(de)(de)(de)(de)1.0%(最大(da)5mm),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)體不圓度不超過公稱外徑的(de)(de)(de)(de)1.5%(最大(da)10mm)。對焊管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)基(ji)層(ceng)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)焊縫進行(xing)導向彎曲(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、壓扁試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)等工藝(yi)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)。規定(ding)了基(ji)層(ceng)和(he)復(fu)層(ceng)進行(xing)維氏硬(ying)度試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收值參照(zhao)API5LD。成品復(fu)合(he)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)逐根水壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)。附錄(lu)A規定(ding)了內覆復(fu)合(he)焊接(jie)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和(he)無縫鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)無損檢測方(fang)法。附錄(lu)B(規范性(xing)附錄(lu))為石油(you)天然氣輸(shu)送、油(you)井集輸(shu)、化工管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道復(fu)合(he)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)附加要(yao)求(qiu)。
3. 國內外標準對比(bi)及標準水平
國外相關標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)有《內(nei)覆或(huo)襯里(li)耐(nai)腐蝕(shi)合(he)(he)金復(fu)合(he)(he)鋼管(guan)(guan)規范》(APISpec 5LD)、《海底管(guan)(guan)線(xian)系(xi)統》(DNV-OS-F101)。本標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)牌號(hao)(hao)種類齊(qi)全,均是國內(nei)常用的牌號(hao)(hao)或(huo)與國際常用牌號(hao)(hao)。復(fu)合(he)(he)工藝(yi)先進(jin),內(nei)覆復(fu)合(he)(he)工藝(yi)包括熱軋、旋壓(ya)(ya)熱熔(rong)合(he)(he)、擠壓(ya)(ya)、堆焊、爆(bao)炸成(cheng)型(xing)、粉(fen)末冶金、離心鑄(zhu)造(zao)等(deng)(deng),襯里(li)復(fu)合(he)(he)工藝(yi)包括水壓(ya)(ya)、旋壓(ya)(ya)、爆(bao)燃成(cheng)型(xing)、基管(guan)(guan)縮徑、冷拔等(deng)(deng)。冶金復(fu)合(he)(he)剪切強度不小于140MPa,比國外標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)高。夾持力采用計(ji)算法以及一種推(tui)薦的簡(jian)易的新方法,操作更簡(jian)便。其內(nei)層厚(hou)度,民用建設、市政(zheng)建設應不小于公(gong)稱厚(hou)度的8%,國外標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)無相應要(yao)求。油氣輸送、油井集輸、化工管(guan)(guan)道應不小于2.5mm,與國外先進(jin)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)等(deng)(deng)同(tong)。本標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)水平達到國際先進(jin)水平。
