不銹(xiu)鋼管道分支(zhi)(zhi)處補強方式的選擇,一般是通過(guo)定(ding)(ding)(ding)性分析(xi)和定(ding)(ding)(ding)量計算相結合的方式來確定(ding)(ding)(ding)。定(ding)(ding)(ding)量計算的詳(xiang)細講述見本書第三(san)章中支(zhi)(zhi)管連接形(xing)式的選用(yong)與強度計算工程應用(yong)。


 1. 分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)連接方式的選用,主要根據管(guan)道(dao)的設計(ji)溫度、設計(ji)壓力、腐蝕余量等設計(ji)條件確(que)定(ding)。分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)的方法基本為兩種,對于低壓大(da)直徑管(guan)則(ze)直接把分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)焊于主管(guan)上(shang);其他(ta)多數是利用分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)件進行分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)。


   ①. 當(dang)(dang)從主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)引出支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan),支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)與主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)的(de)比值(zhi)大(da)于(yu)等于(yu)0.5時(shi),采(cai)用(yong)異(yi)徑(jing)(jing)三通(tong)或(huo)等徑(jing)(jing)三通(tong);當(dang)(dang)主(zhu)(zhu)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)為等徑(jing)(jing)時(shi),應采(cai)用(yong)三通(tong)。GB 50316規(gui)定:公稱壓力大(da)于(yu)或(huo)等于(yu)10MPa的(de)管(guan)(guan)道(dao),主(zhu)(zhu)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)為異(yi)徑(jing)(jing)時(shi),不宜(yi)采(cai)用(yong)焊(han)接支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan),宜(yi)采(cai)用(yong)三通(tong)或(huo)在(zai)主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)上(shang)開孔并焊(han)接支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)臺(tai)。當(dang)(dang)主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)大(da)于(yu)DN65而支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)為DN40和以下時(shi),根據設計(ji)壓力的(de)大(da)小(xiao),采(cai)用(yong)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)臺(tai)或(huo)半管(guan)(guan)接頭。

 

     有(you)(you)的規范規定,一般主管尺寸(cun)的一半(ban)并降低(di)兩(liang)個尺寸(cun)系列,就(jiu)沒有(you)(you)三通可(ke)供(gong)使(shi)用(yong)了,如(ru)主管為12”,標準三通一般可(ke)做到5"(不常用(yong)的口徑),再低(di)就(jiu)沒有(you)(you)三通可(ke)供(gong)選用(yong)了。


   ②. 普通無(wu)腐蝕性(xing)的低溫(wen)介質(如LNG),在(zai)中(zhong)、低壓(ya)條件(jian)下(一(yi)般不大于9MPa),小尺(chi)寸(cun)的分支(≤2”),選用半管接頭(half coupling),在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)條件(jian)下(一(yi)般大于9MPa),小尺(chi)寸(cun)的分支(≤2")選用對焊支管座(weldolet)。


   ③. 普通無腐蝕性的(de)低溫介質(zhi)(如LNG),在(zai)中、低壓(ya)(ya)條件下(一般(ban)<6MPa),大尺寸(cun)的(de)分(fen)支(zhi)(>2”),選用補強板連接(reinforcing pad);在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)條件下(一般(ban)大于6MPa),大尺寸(cun)的(de)分(fen)支(zhi)(>2”)選用對(dui)焊支(zhi)管座(Weldolet)。


   ④. 等級表中(zhong)低溫(wen)管(guan)道(dao)的(de)分支形式主要包括標準三(san)通、半管(guan)接頭、對焊支管(guan)座、補強板連接、直接開口(較少)等形式。


   ⑤. 其他工況支管連接方式的選用:


      a. 主管(guan)直(zhi)徑小(xiao)于DN50時,支(zhi)管(guan)小(xiao)于主管(guan),則(ze)用(yong)異(yi)徑三通或等徑三通加異(yi)徑短管(guan)。


      b. 設計(ji)壓力等(deng)于(yu)(yu)(yu)或(huo)(huo)大于(yu)(yu)(yu)2.0MPa、設計(ji)溫(wen)度超過(guo)250℃以及支管(guan)(guan)(guan)與主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直徑之比大于(yu)(yu)(yu)0.8,或(huo)(huo)承(cheng)受機(ji)械振動、壓力脈動和溫(wen)度急劇變化的管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)分支,應(ying)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)等(deng)徑異徑三(san)通;公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直徑小于(yu)(yu)(yu)或(huo)(huo)等(deng)于(yu)(yu)(yu)40mm的管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),應(ying)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)承(cheng)插焊(或(huo)(huo)螺(luo)紋)鍛制(zhi)三(san)通;公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直徑等(deng)于(yu)(yu)(yu)或(huo)(huo)大于(yu)(yu)(yu)50mm的管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),應(ying)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)對焊三(san)通、對焊加強管(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭(對焊支管(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)或(huo)(huo)嵌入式(鞍形)支管(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭。


      c. 支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)通(tong)過(guo)加強管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭(支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺(tai))與主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)(lian)接是(shi)指將一個螺紋、承(cheng)插焊(han)(han)或對焊(han)(han)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭或半(ban)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭(支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺(tai))直接焊(han)(han)于(yu)主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上而(er)制成(cheng),螺紋、承(cheng)插焊(han)(han)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺(tai)用于(yu)直徑≤DN40(NPS1 1/2)的支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)(lian)接。螺紋、承(cheng)插焊(han)(han)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺(tai)在(zai)任何情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)其額定等(deng)級應(ying)大于(yu)等(deng)于(yu)2000lb。


      d. 其(qi)他支管(guan)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)可用直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)焊接(jie)(jie)(jie),但必(bi)須經校核(he)后(hou)明(ming)確是否增加(jia)補強。直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)在主管(guan)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)支管(guan)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie),不宜用于(yu)有機械(xie)振動(dong)、壓力(li)脈動(dong)和(he)溫度急劇變化的(de)(de)(de)部(bu)位(wei)及(ji)設計溫度超過425℃的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)道,當支管(guan)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)處(chu)承(cheng)受由于(yu)支管(guan)熱變形(xing),外荷載(zai)及(ji)支架位(wei)移(yi)等引起的(de)(de)(de)應力(li)時,應對附加(jia)荷載(zai)在支管(guan)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)處(chu)產生的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)進行分析(xi)并采取必(bi)要的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)強措施(shi)。


   ⑥. 依據管道等級(ji)中已經(jing)確定的(de)法蘭壓(ya)力等級(ji)或公(gong)稱(cheng)壓(ya)力來選用支管連接件。


   一般,當法蘭的(de)公(gong)稱(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)公(gong)稱(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)≤2.5MPa(磅(bang)級(ji)系列(lie)≤150lb)時,綜合考慮其他工(gong)況后,支管(guan)可直接焊接在主管(guan)上;當公(gong)稱(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)≥4.0MPa(磅(bang)級(ji)系列(lie)公(gong)稱(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)≥300lb)時,則(ze)根據主管(guan)支管(guan)公(gong)稱(cheng)直徑的(de)不(bu)同按對焊三通、對焊加強(qiang)(qiang)管(guan)接頭、承插焊或螺紋(wen)連接三通、承插焊或螺紋(wen)加強(qiang)(qiang)管(guan)接頭的(de)順序選用。


 2. 管件(jian)壁厚


   在確(que)定(ding)支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連接(jie)(jie)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)時,應根據管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)等強(qiang)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)原則(ze)以及管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)連接(jie)(jie)方式而(er)定(ding)。例如(ru),當管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)采用(yong)對(dui)焊連接(jie)(jie)時,管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)應一(yi)致;而(er)當管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)采用(yong)承插焊或螺(luo)紋(wen)連接(jie)(jie)時,標準的(de)(de)(de)(de)承插焊和(he)螺(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)只有(you)Sch80、Sch60、XXS,最低(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)就是Sch80,也就是說只要當承插焊或螺(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)所連接(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)不大(da)于Sch80時,承插焊或螺(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)就選Sch80。而(er)當所連接(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)大(da)于Sch80時,承插焊或螺(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)就選Sch60或XXS。


   當對焊三(san)(san)通主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)所連接的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表號(hao)(hao)不(bu)同時,應注意三(san)(san)通主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)端(duan)部的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表號(hao)(hao)應分別與其所連接的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表號(hao)(hao)相同,這樣就非常(chang)方便(bian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道施工,管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件不(bu)必現場再打坡口。


 3. 支(zhi)管直接(jie)焊于主管的補強計(ji)算


    GB/T 20801、SH/T 3059、GB 50316 等規范(fan)與ASME B31.3關于面積補強(qiang)法的計算(suan)基本相同。
