太(tai)鋼(gang)(gang)科研、營銷、冶(ye)煉等相關(guan)單位(wei)緊密配合、通力協作,圍繞SPHC-LCE產品低(di)碳制(zhi)造工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝技(ji)術,開展了攻(gong)關(guan)。該產品深(shen)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)成精密鋼(gang)(gang)帶,用于沖制(zhi)移(yi)動設備上(shang)的(de)(de)精密零部(bu)件,對深(shen)沖性能和碳、氮(dan)(dan)含量(liang)等要求較(jiao)高(gao)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝技(ji)術攻(gong)關(guan)團隊摒棄常規冶(ye)煉流(liu)程(cheng),高(gao)效、快速推進全(quan)廢鋼(gang)(gang)冶(ye)煉工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝流(liu)程(cheng)試制(zhi),通過對廢鋼(gang)(gang)原料精準(zhun)控制(zhi),輔以防止鋼(gang)(gang)液(ye)二次污染(ran)的(de)(de)特殊工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,成功實現鋼(gang)(gang)中碳、硅、氮(dan)(dan)含量(liang)低(di)水平控制(zhi),為該產品具有良好的(de)(de)深(shen)沖性能,全(quan)部(bu)滿足高(gao)標準(zhun)要求奠定了堅(jian)實的(de)(de)基礎(chu)。
