一、現象


  在電解質溶液中(包括潮濕大氣),碳鋼管若與不(bu)銹鋼管相接觸,碳鋼就會迅速產生腐蝕(示意圖見圖8.22),實際例子見圖8.23。后者系城市中用鋼(鐵)絲捆在18-8(304)不銹鋼護欄上所導致的鋼絲的嚴重銹蝕(鋼絲銹蝕還可誘發不銹鋼護欄的腐蝕)。


   圖8.24則系在含NaOH的介質中,石墨熱交換器的碳沉積在316L(022Cr17Ni12Mo2)不銹鋼擋板上而引起的316L不銹鋼管的腐蝕。






二、原因


   兩種金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)在腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)介(jie)質中,由(you)于(yu)二者的電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位不(bu)同,電(dian)(dian)(dian)位較(jiao)正(zheng)金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)為陰極(ji)(ji),電(dian)(dian)(dian)位較(jiao)負的金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)為陽(yang)極(ji)(ji),當(dang)兩種金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)接觸時,它(ta)們之(zhi)間(jian)就(jiu)會(hui)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)流產(chan)生(sheng),出現(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)化學腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)(實際上是形(xing)成了宏觀電(dian)(dian)(dian)池)。此時作為陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)的金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu),其(qi)腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)速(su)度(du)就(jiu)會(hui)提高(gao)(加速(su)腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)),而作為陰極(ji)(ji)的金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)其(qi)腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)速(su)度(du)就(jiu)會(hui)降(jiang)低(受到保護(hu)),從而形(xing)成異金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)接觸(電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou))腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)。前述兩例(li),前者舉例(li)表明(ming),碳鋼(gang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位遠(yuan)低于(yu)不(bu)銹鋼(gang),而后者則系碳(石墨)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位又遠(yuan)較(jiao)316L不(bu)銹鋼(gang)為正(zheng),從而產(chan)生(sheng)了異金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)接觸腐(fu)蝕(shi)(shi)所致(zhi)。



三、防止措施


   在濕態腐蝕環境中,當不(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)與其他金(jin)(jin)屬相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)觸時(shi),要考(kao)慮它們之(zhi)間(jian)的電(dian)極電(dian)位是(shi)否存在顯著的差異。不(bu)(bu)要選用與不(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)相(xiang)(xiang)比較電(dian)極電(dian)位相(xiang)(xiang)差過大的金(jin)(jin)屬。
