埋弧焊不銹鋼管焊接參數比焊條電弧焊多一些,包括焊接電流、電弧電壓、焊接速度、焊接材料、焊絲直徑、焊絲偏移量、焊絲干伸長度、焊絲輸送速度等。


①. 焊接電(dian)流


   焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)電流(liu)的(de)大小直接(jie)影響焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)熔池的(de)深(shen)淺(qian),焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)電流(liu)大,熱(re)輸入大、電弧(hu)挺度(du)(du)大,焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)熔池深(shen);反(fan)之(zhi)則(ze)淺(qian)。當焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)電流(liu)較大時,由于熔深(shen)較深(shen),而焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)變化不大,所(suo)得(de)到(dao)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)成(cheng)形(xing)系數(shu)(焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)的(de)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)與焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)有效厚度(du)(du)的(de)比(bi)值稱為焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)成(cheng)形(xing)系數(shu))較小。這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng),對熔池中氣(qi)體(ti)和(he)夾渣(zha)(zha)物(wu)的(de)上浮和(he)溢出十分(fen)不利,易產(chan)(chan)生氣(qi)孔、夾渣(zha)(zha)和(he)熱(re)裂紋。所(suo)以(yi)(yi)一般(ban)增(zeng)加(jia)電流(liu)時,必須(xu)相應的(de)提(ti)高電弧(hu)電壓,以(yi)(yi)保證得(de)到(dao)合理(li)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)形(xing)狀,一般(ban)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)成(cheng)形(xing)系數(shu)控制在1.3~2.0之(zhi)間,這(zhe)樣(yang)對熔池中的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)溢出以(yi)(yi)及防止產(chan)(chan)生夾渣(zha)(zha)或熱(re)裂紋等缺(que)陷有利。


②. 電弧(hu)電壓


   電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓隨著電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)長度(du)(du)的(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)化而(er)變(bian)(bian)化,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)拉長了,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓則升高(gao),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)挺度(du)(du)下降(jiang),母材受熱(re)面(mian)增(zeng)加,所(suo)以焊接(jie)(jie)熔池的(de)(de)深度(du)(du)減(jian)小(xiao),焊縫(feng)寬(kuan)(kuan)度(du)(du)明顯增(zeng)寬(kuan)(kuan)。適(shi)當的(de)(de)增(zeng)加電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,會提高(gao)焊縫(feng)質量,但應與增(zeng)加焊接(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流相配合。單(dan)純地增(zeng)加電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,會使熔深減(jian)小(xiao),造成焊件未焊透。而(er)且焊劑的(de)(de)熔化量大,增(zeng)加焊劑的(de)(de)消耗量。焊縫(feng)表面(mian)粗糙,脫渣困難,嚴(yan)重時,會造成焊縫(feng)邊緣咬邊。


③. 焊接速(su)度


   當焊接電(dian)(dian)(dian)流和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓不變時,焊接速度提高,電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)給(gei)予焊接熔(rong)池中單位(wei)長度的熱量勢必減(jian)(jian)少,導致焊縫熔(rong)深(shen)和(he)焊縫寬度減(jian)(jian)小。過分(fen)的增加焊接速度,會導致焊接電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)對(dui)工件的加熱不足,造成焊件未焊透(tou)和(he)邊(bian)緣未熔(rong)合(he)等缺陷。


④. 焊接材料


   a. 壓(ya)力容(rong)器常(chang)用(yong)不銹鋼(gang)埋弧(hu)焊(han)焊(han)絲、焊(han)劑(ji)見表4-14,常(chang)用(yong)奧氏體型(xing)耐(nai)熱鋼(gang)埋弧(hu)焊(han)焊(han)劑(ji)與焊(han)絲見表4-15,結構件常(chang)用(yong)奧氏體不銹鋼(gang)埋弧(hu)焊(han)焊(han)劑(ji)與焊(han)絲見表4-16。


    b.  常用不銹鋼(gang)埋(mai)弧焊(han)用焊(han)劑(ji)烘焙要求見表 4-17 。


   c. 焊(han)劑(ji)顆粒度(du)。熔煉焊(han)劑(ji)顆粒度(du)為(wei)2.5~0.45mm(4~40目(mu)),燒結焊(han)劑(ji)顆粒度(du)為(wei)2~0.28mm(10~60目(mu)),焊(han)劑(ji)允(yun)許重(zhong)復使(shi)用(yong),但重(zhong)復使(shi)用(yong)前須(xu)篩出細粉和渣殼,并(bing)與新(xin)焊(han)劑(ji)混勻后使(shi)用(yong)。





 ⑤. 焊(han)絲直徑


   焊(han)(han)絲直徑加(jia)粗,電弧范圍擴(kuo)大,使熔寬(kuan)增(zeng)加(jia);如(ru)果(guo)焊(han)(han)接電流保持不變,電流密度(du)(du)減(jian)小,電弧挺度(du)(du)下降,則熔深(shen)將(jiang)相(xiang)應(ying)地(di)減(jian)小。


 ⑥. 焊絲偏移量a


    焊(han)(han)(han)接環焊(han)(han)(han)縫時,焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)不(bu)應(ying)在最(zui)高點(dian)或(huo)最(zui)低點(dian),而(er)應(ying)在下坡焊(han)(han)(han)的位置上,如圖(tu)4-19所(suo)示。焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)直(zhi)接影響(xiang)焊(han)(han)(han)縫成形,見(jian)圖(tu)4-18。焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)與(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)件(jian)外徑(jing)(jing)和(he)焊(han)(han)(han)接線能(neng)(neng)量(liang)有關。當焊(han)(han)(han)接線能(neng)(neng)量(liang)大(da)時,熔池停留時間較(jiao)長,所(suo)以焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)可選較(jiao)大(da)值(zhi)。當焊(han)(han)(han)接線能(neng)(neng)量(liang)小時,熔池停留時間較(jiao)短,所(suo)以焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)選取(qu)較(jiao)小值(zhi)。當焊(han)(han)(han)件(jian)外徑(jing)(jing)較(jiao)大(da)時,熔池中的液態金屬外溢的傾向較(jiao)小,此時,焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)可取(qu)較(jiao)大(da)值(zhi)。焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)直(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)小于3mm時,焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)一般不(bu)超(chao)過5~10mm,焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)直(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)大(da)于3mm時,焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)見(jian)表4-18。

 ⑦. 焊絲干伸(shen)長度L


    焊(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)前(qian)端到導(dao)電嘴(zui)前(qian)端的距(ju)離稱為焊(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)干(gan)伸長度(du)(du),見圖4-20。焊(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)干(gan)伸長度(du)(du)L增(zeng)(zeng)加,焊(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)的預熱溫(wen)度(du)(du)增(zeng)(zeng)加,焊(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)熔化速度(du)(du)增(zeng)(zeng)加,增(zeng)(zeng)加焊(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)干(gan)伸長度(du)(du)可提高生產效(xiao)率(lv),但(dan)焊(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)干(gan)伸長度(du)(du)超過50mm后會(hui)出現成(cheng)段爆裂現象。所以焊(han)(han)絲(si)(si)(si)(si)干(gan)伸長度(du)(du)一(yi)般控(kong)制在17~20mm范圍(wei)內(nei)。


 ⑧. 電流種(zhong)類和電極(ji)極(ji)性(xing)


    在一般情況下,電(dian)弧陽極區的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)較陰極區的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)高(gao)(gao),但在使(shi)用高(gao)(gao)錳高(gao)(gao)硅(gui)含氟(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)劑(ji)進行埋弧焊(han)(han)時(shi)(shi),電(dian)弧空間氣體的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)離(li)(li)勢增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia),這樣(yang),氣體電(dian)離(li)(li)后正離(li)(li)子(zi)釋放至陰極的(de)(de)(de)(de)能量也增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia),使(shi)陰極的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)提(ti)高(gao)(gao),并(bing)大于陽極的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)。因(yin)而在用含有(you)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)離(li)(li)電(dian)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)埋弧焊(han)(han)劑(ji)時(shi)(shi),若焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)電(dian)源為直流(liu)正接(jie)(jie)(jie),則焊(han)(han)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熔化(hua)速度(du)(du)大于焊(han)(han)件的(de)(de)(de)(de)熔化(hua)速度(du)(du),使(shi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭熔深減小,焊(han)(han)縫余高(gao)(gao)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)。反之用直流(liu)反接(jie)(jie)(jie)便(bian)可增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熔深。使(shi)用交流(liu)焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)電(dian)源時(shi)(shi),對形狀的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響介于直流(liu)正接(jie)(jie)(jie)、反接(jie)(jie)(jie)之間。


  上述各項焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)參(can)數的選(xuan)擇,不能(neng)(neng)(neng)單項考(kao)慮(lv),要(yao)有機地(di)匹配,進行綜合平衡分析,找出一個主要(yao)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)參(can)數,在充分試驗后(hou),才能(neng)(neng)(neng)制訂出最佳參(can)數。最終(zhong)要(yao)經過(guo)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)接(jie)頭的力學性能(neng)(neng)(neng)考(kao)核和耐腐蝕性能(neng)(neng)(neng)試驗(即焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)工藝評定合格(ge)),滿足產品設(she)計圖樣(yang)要(yao)求(qiu)后(hou),方能(neng)(neng)(neng)在產品上正式施(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)。表(biao)4-19、表(biao)4-20所列(lie)出的18-8型奧氏體不銹(xiu)鋼焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)參(can)數可供(gong)參(can)考(kao)。
