1. 坡口形(xing)式


   由于受許用焊接電流的限制,這種焊接方法主要用于薄板的單層焊和中厚板多層焊的封底焊道,也可用于中厚板的焊接。在保證焊透的情況下,對接焊縫應力求縮小焊縫截面積,減少熔敷金屬并考慮操作方便,常用的坡口形式有V形、U形、雙面V形及V-U組合形等。奧氏體型不銹鋼管子對接焊坡口形式見表4-26。

   各種接(jie)(jie)頭中T形接(jie)(jie)頭、對接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭的保(bao)護(hu)效果(guo)較好,而角接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭、端(duan)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭因(yin)氣體流量分散(san)性較大,保(bao)護(hu)效果(guo)較差,如圖4-35所示(shi)。

2. 焊前清理


   焊接(jie)區及(ji)填充焊絲均應(ying)進行嚴(yan)格(ge)清(qing)理,清(qing)除氧化膜、油污(wu)、臟物和水(shui)分等污(wu)物。



3. 焊接(jie)參數


 a. 焊接電流


     根據焊(han)(han)件厚(hou)度、接(jie)頭形式、焊(han)(han)接(jie)位置等(deng)因素來(lai)選用焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)流,除此還要考慮鎢極(ji)所承受電(dian)(dian)流的能力。焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)流過大,容易產生燒(shao)穿或(huo)使焊(han)(han)縫下陷和咬邊(bian)等(deng)缺陷,嚴重時(shi)還會引起鎢極(ji)燒(shao)損或(huo)產生夾鎢等(deng)缺陷。焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)流過小,電(dian)(dian)弧燃燒(shao)不穩(wen)定,會造成未焊(han)(han)透等(deng)缺欠。


 b. 電弧電壓


     主要取決于(yu)焊接過程中電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)的(de)長(chang)度,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)拉長(chang)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓增大,熔(rong)寬增寬,熔(rong)深變淺。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓過高時,會導致焊接電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)不穩,易產(chan)生未焊透、未熔(rong)合和(he)熔(rong)池保(bao)護不佳等缺陷。應在(zai)保(bao)證電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)不短(duan)路的(de)情況(kuang)下(xia),盡(jin)量減少弧(hu)長(chang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓一般控制(zhi)在(zai)9~20V范圍(wei)內,最常用(yong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為9~14V。


 c. 焊接速度(du)


     為了(le)不破壞氣流對熔(rong)池的(de)保護作用,焊(han)接(jie)速度一般不宜過快。在(zai)保證(zheng)焊(han)縫金屬(shu)和母材金屬(shu)不被氧化(hua)的(de)前提下,為了(le)提高(gao)生產(chan)效率,盡可能(neng)提高(gao)焊(han)接(jie)速度。提高(gao)焊(han)接(jie)速度,焊(han)接(jie)接(jie)頭在(zai)450~850℃危險溫度停留時(shi)間會相對減少,有利(li)于提高(gao)焊(han)接(jie)接(jie)頭的(de)耐腐蝕(shi)性能(neng)。


 d. 焊絲


    同一牌號的奧氏體不(bu)銹鋼(gang)焊接,焊絲的選擇見表4-27,不同牌號的奧氏體不銹鋼焊接,焊絲的選擇見表4-28。不銹鋼藥芯焊絲的選用見表2-28~表2-31。


     我(wo)國的(de)不銹(xiu)鋼藥(yao)芯(xin)焊絲與AWS A5.22-1995《耐腐蝕鉻及(ji)鉻鎳鋼用藥(yao)芯(xin)焊絲》及(ji)其他國家不銹(xiu)鋼藥(yao)芯(xin)焊絲的(de)對應關系,見表(biao)2-64。

 e. 氬氣純(chun)度與流量


     氬(ya)(ya)氣純度(du)(du)不低(di)于99.9%(體積分數(shu)),氬(ya)(ya)氣純度(du)(du)愈高(gao),保(bao)護(hu)效(xiao)果愈好。氣體流(liu)(liu)量過低(di),氣體挺度(du)(du)不足,排除周圍空氣的能(neng)力減(jian)弱,造成(cheng)熔池(chi)(chi)保(bao)護(hu)效(xiao)果不佳;氣體流(liu)(liu)量過大(da),容易將熔池(chi)(chi)周圍的空氣卷(juan)入熔池(chi)(chi),形成(cheng)氣體紊流(liu)(liu),降低(di)保(bao)護(hu)效(xiao)果。氬(ya)(ya)氣流(liu)(liu)量與(yu)噴(pen)嘴(zui)直徑大(da)小有關(guan),見式(4-6)。

     氬(ya)氣流(liu)量不僅與噴嘴直(zhi)徑有關(guan),還與焊接電(dian)流(liu)大小(xiao)有關(guan),它們之間的參數選擇(ze)見表4-29。

 f. 電(dian)極極性


     為了(le)減少鎢(wu)極燒(shao)損(sun),延長鎢(wu)極壽命,一般采用直流電源(yuan)(yuan)正(zheng)接(jie)(工(gong)件(jian)(jian)接(jie)電源(yuan)(yuan)正(zheng)極,鎢(wu)極接(jie)電源(yuan)(yuan)負極。直流正(zheng)接(jie)在工(gong)藝文(wen)(wen)件(jian)(jian)上用符號DC或DCSP表示,DC是英(ying)文(wen)(wen)di-rect current 的縮(suo)寫;DCSP 是英(ying)文(wen)(wen) direct current straight polarity的縮(suo)寫),也(ye)可以用交流鎢(wu)極氬弧(hu)焊(han)機焊(han)接(jie)奧氏體(ti)型(xing)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)。


 g. 鎢(wu)極


     鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)有純鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)、釷鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)和鈰鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)3種,其(qi)中鈰鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(活化鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji))比純鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)的(de)工藝性好得(de)多,且對(dui)人體損(sun)害小,推薦首選(xuan)(xuan)使用。鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)直徑與相應(ying)焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)源和極(ji)(ji)性條件下的(de)焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)流允(yun)許值,參見表4-30、表4-31。施焊(han)(han)前,要(yao)將鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)端(duan)部磨(mo)成一定形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀,通常有尖(jian)頭(tou)(tou)和平頭(tou)(tou)等形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀。采用較小的(de)焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)流施焊(han)(han)時,要(yao)選(xuan)(xuan)用小直徑的(de)鎢(wu)(wu)棒,端(duan)頭(tou)(tou)磨(mo)成尖(jian)頭(tou)(tou)形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀,錐(zhui)頂角度約30°,如圖4-36(a)所(suo)示。當(dang)采用大的(de)焊(han)(han)接(jie)電(dian)(dian)流施焊(han)(han)時,鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)應(ying)磨(mo)成帶有平頂的(de)錐(zhui)形(xing)(xing)(xing)形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀,如圖4-36(b)所(suo)示。平頂錐(zhui)形(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)端(duan)頭(tou)(tou)可避(bi)免尖(jian)端(duan)過熱熔化,減少鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)端(duan)部損(sun)耗(hao),同時還有利于防止陰極(ji)(ji)斑(ban)點的(de)游(you)動,從而穩定電(dian)(dian)弧。鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)端(duan)頭(tou)(tou)愈尖(jian)愈易(yi)燒(shao)損(sun),燒(shao)損(sun)后將導(dao)致電(dian)(dian)弧電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)增高(gao),直接(jie)影響熔池保護效果(guo),也(ye)會(hui)使焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)氧化,甚至產生(sheng)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)寬度不均的(de)缺陷。

 h. 鎢極伸出長度


     鎢(wu)極(ji)伸出(chu)(chu)長(chang)度指鎢(wu)極(ji)超出(chu)(chu)噴嘴端面(mian)的長(chang)度。鎢(wu)極(ji)伸出(chu)(chu)的短,可以使(shi)噴嘴與(yu)焊件相對靠近,氣體保護效果好,通(tong)常鎢(wu)極(ji)伸出(chu)(chu)長(chang)度為2~8mm。


 i. 噴嘴(zui)(nozzle)


     常(chang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)氬弧焊用(yong)(yong)(yong)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)結構如圖4-37所示,D端與焊槍連接(jie)段為(wei)(wei)長(chang)10~12mm的(de)圓柱(zhu)(zhu)體(ti);小(xiao)(xiao)圓柱(zhu)(zhu)的(de)末端部分的(de)長(chang)度(du)L不(bu)應(ying)小(xiao)(xiao)于噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)孔徑(jing)(jing),其長(chang)度(du)以(yi)1.2~1.5倍噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)孔內(nei)徑(jing)(jing)(d)為(wei)(wei)宜(yi)。噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)的(de)錐形部分有(you)緩沖(chong)氣(qi)流(liu)的(de)作用(yong)(yong)(yong),可改(gai)善保(bao)護(hu)效(xiao)果(guo)。為(wei)(wei)了(le)提高(gao)氣(qi)體(ti)保(bao)護(hu)效(xiao)果(guo),噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)的(de)內(nei)壁應(ying)光滑、不(bu)允(yun)許有(you)棱角、凹槽(cao),不(bu)得沾上(shang)飛濺物。為(wei)(wei)了(le)使氬氣(qi)從噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)出時(shi)成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)穩定的(de)層流(liu),提高(gao)氣(qi)體(ti)保(bao)護(hu)效(xiao)果(guo),焊槍應(ying)有(you)氣(qi)體(ti)透鏡(類似穩定裝置)、多(duo)孔性(xing)擋板(可用(yong)(yong)(yong)1~2層銅絲(si)網(wang)(wang)組成(cheng),網(wang)(wang)目(mu)數不(bu)得少(shao)于600~700孔/c㎡)及(ji)緩沖(chong)室。氣(qi)體(ti)流(liu)量(liang)不(bu)變,增(zeng)大噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)內(nei)徑(jing)(jing)時(shi),氣(qi)體(ti)挺度(du)下降,對(dui)熔池(chi)保(bao)護(hu)減弱;氣(qi)體(ti)流(liu)量(liang)不(bu)變,噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)內(nei)徑(jing)(jing)變小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi),氣(qi)體(ti)的(de)流(liu)速(su)增(zeng)加過多(duo),可造成(cheng)氣(qi)體(ti)紊流(liu),也會(hui)(hui)造成(cheng)保(bao)護(hu)效(xiao)果(guo)不(bu)好(hao)。實踐證(zheng)明(ming),在(zai)手工鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)氬弧焊時(shi),噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)內(nei)徑(jing)(jing)在(zai)8~20mm 范圍內(nei),氣(qi)體(ti)流(liu)量(liang)以(yi)10~25L/min為(wei)(wei)宜(yi)。當噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)和(he)氣(qi)體(ti)流(liu)量(liang)一(yi)定時(shi),噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)至焊件之(zhi)間的(de)距離愈短,則保(bao)護(hu)效(xiao)果(guo)愈好(hao),但過小(xiao)(xiao)會(hui)(hui)影(ying)響(xiang)焊工的(de)視線和(he)引(yin)起鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)與焊件短路。對(dui)于噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)內(nei)徑(jing)(jing)為(wei)(wei)8~20mm的(de)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui),距離焊件一(yi)般不(bu)超過15mm。

 k. 冷卻水(shui)流量


     焊(han)槍(qiang)(qiang)額(e)定電(dian)流大于160A時,焊(han)接前焊(han)槍(qiang)(qiang)須通冷卻(que)水,焊(han)接完成須滯后停止冷卻(que)水。冷卻(que)水流量(liang)不得(de)小于1L/min,否則焊(han)機無(wu)法(fa)啟動或(huo)易燒毀焊(han)槍(qiang)(qiang)。



4. 提高氣(qi)體保護效果的措施(shi)


   為了(le)使焊接接頭正(zheng)面和(he)背面得(de)到可(ke)靠保(bao)護,可(ke)采用圖4-38~圖4-40所(suo)示的工藝裝備來(lai)提高保(bao)護效果。





5. 操作技術


   裝配定(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han),應采(cai)用與(yu)正式焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)相同的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)和工藝(yi),定(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)的(de)長(chang)度(du)距離應根(gen)據焊(han)(han)(han)件(jian)厚(hou)度(du)與(yu)結構剛度(du)而定(ding)(ding)。一(yi)般每段定(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)長(chang)度(du)為5~15mm,焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)厚(hou)度(du)不(bu)(bu)大于2mm。例如直徑(jing)φ60mm以下的(de)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管子(zi),用定(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)點固定(ding)(ding)2~3處(chu),定(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)長(chang)度(du)約5mm。直徑(jing)159mm的(de)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管子(zi),用定(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)點固定(ding)(ding)4處(chu),定(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)長(chang)度(du)約10mm。定(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)須(xu)保證質量(liang),不(bu)(bu)允許(xu)存(cun)在焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)缺陷。對(dui)(dui)接(jie)焊(han)(han)(han)時(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)與(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)件(jian)之間保持后傾(qing)(qing),鎢極(ji)與(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)件(jian)之間傾(qing)(qing)角(jiao)為75°~80°,填充(chong)(chong)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)與(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)件(jian)傾(qing)(qing)角(jiao)為75°~15°,希望填充(chong)(chong)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)與(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)件(jian)傾(qing)(qing)角(jiao)越(yue)小越(yue)好,過大則(ze)容易擾亂氣體保護(hu);角(jiao)接(jie)焊(han)(han)(han)時(shi),除(chu)了對(dui)(dui)接(jie)焊(han)(han)(han)的(de)要求外(wai),還(huan)要求與(yu)板(ban)之間的(de)相對(dui)(dui)位置。


   填充焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)時(shi)(shi)動作要緩、穩(wen),不(bu)要破壞氬氣(qi)對(dui)熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)保護(hu)(hu)。不(bu)能像(xiang)氣(qi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)那樣在(zai)熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)中(zhong)攪拌,應一(yi)滴(di)一(yi)滴(di)地(di)緩慢送入(ru)(ru)熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi),或(huo)者(zhe)將焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)端(duan)頭浸入(ru)(ru)熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi)中(zhong)不(bu)斷(duan)填入(ru)(ru),并向前移動,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)端(duan)頭不(bu)能脫離氣(qi)體保護(hu)(hu)區(qu)。要防止焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)與鎢極(ji)接(jie)觸(chu)、碰撞,否(fou)則加(jia)劇鎢極(ji)燒損,而引起(qi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫夾(jia)鎢。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)收弧時(shi)(shi)、應減慢焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)速度、增加(jia)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)(si)填充量。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)薄板(ban)時(shi)(shi),為了防止變形可采用銅襯(chen)墊(dian),并將焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)件壓貼于襯(chen)墊(dian)上,以(yi)利于散熱。在(zai)銅墊(dian)板(ban)上加(jia)工出凹槽(cao),凹槽(cao)對(dui)準焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫以(yi)便背面(mian)充氬氣(qi)保護(hu)(hu),見圖(tu)4-39、圖(tu)4-40。電弧熄滅后,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍噴嘴仍須對(dui)準熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)(chi),以(yi)延長氬氣(qi)保護(hu)(hu)效果。


   實(shi)踐證明,從(cong)焊接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭的顏色,也可以判斷焊接(jie)(jie)區的保護效果,詳(xiang)見表(biao)4-32。
