一、基本情況
江蘇天淮鋼管(guan)有(you)限公(gong)司(si)φ508mm(20in)PQF連軋管(guan)機組(zu)(zu),是目前全球(qiu)最(zui)大口徑的三輥式連軋管(guan)機組(zu)(zu),2012年5月28日熱(re)負荷試(shi)車成功。該機組(zu)(zu)由中冶京誠工程(cheng)技(ji)術有(you)限公(gong)司(si)做工廠設(she)(she)計,主(zhu)軋線設(she)(she)備由德(de)國(guo)梅爾公(gong)司(si)、意大利(li)因(yin)西(xi)設(she)(she)計制造,設(she)(she)計能力為年產(chan)無縫鋼管(guan)50萬(wan)噸(dun)。自投產(chan)半年時間(jian)里,生產(chan)Φ377~508mm 規格鋼管(guan)共3.8萬(wan)噸(dun),產(chan)品質量優良。
二、產品(pin)規格和主要品(pin)種

管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、鍋爐用管(guan)(guan)(guan)、氣瓶(ping)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、機械管(guan)(guan)(guan)、液壓支柱管(guan)(guan)(guan),流體輸送管(guan)(guan)(guan)、結(jie)構管(guan)(guan)(guan)等。
3. 工藝流(liu)程
φ508mm PQF連軋(ya)管機組的(de)工藝(yi)布置如圖6-16所(suo)示(shi)。
工藝流程(cheng)為:合格管(guan)(guan)坯→鋸(ju)切→冷定心→環形爐加熱(re)→高(gao)壓(ya)水除磷→穿(chuan)(chuan)孔→吹(chui)(chui)硼砂→穿(chuan)(chuan)芯棒→高(gao)壓(ya)水除鱗→F連軋(ya)→脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)→高(gao)壓(ya)水除鱗→定徑→冷卻→定尺(chi)鋸(ju)切→矯(jiao)直→吹(chui)(chui)吸灰→探傷→人工內外表面檢查→噴標→收(shou)集入庫。
三個(ge)變形主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)由(you)帶管(guan)坯預旋(xuan)轉的(de)錐形輥導板(ban)式穿孔機(ji)(ji)、5機(ji)(ji)架PQF限動芯(xin)棒連軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji)、12架單獨傳(chuan)動的(de)定徑機(ji)(ji)組成,三大主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)本(ben)體設(she)備(bei)都(dou)由(you)德國MEER公(gong)(gong)司設(she)計(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao),主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)設(she)備(bei)前后臺連線設(she)備(bei)由(you)中冶(ye)京(jing)誠工程技術有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司設(she)計(ji),天津賽瑞機(ji)(ji)器制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)。φ508PQF機(ji)(ji)組采用更為完(wan)善的(de)先進工藝(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)-CARTA系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、嚴格(ge)的(de)質量(liang)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)-QAS系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、物料跟蹤系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(MTS)以及在線檢測系(xi)統(tong)(tong)等工藝(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)技術,從(cong)而確保(bao)了熱軋大口徑無縫鋼管(guan)生產的(de)工藝(yi)先進性(xing)及穩定性(xing)。
四、主要(yao)工藝設(she)備及性能特點
1. 環形加熱爐
環形爐(lu)(lu)由LOI天(tian)津公司設(she)計及制作(zuo),為(wei)(wei)降(jiang)低成本,采用高爐(lu)(lu)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)天(tian)然氣(qi)(qi)(qi)混(hun)合氣(qi)(qi)(qi)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)燃料。從裝料到出料共分7個加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)控制段,其(qi)中第1~2段為(wei)(wei)預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)段,第3~5段為(wei)(wei)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)段,第6~7段為(wei)(wei)均熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)段;其(qi)中預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)2段和(he)(he)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)段采用高爐(lu)(lu)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)蓄熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)燒嘴,均熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)段用頂置的(de)天(tian)然氣(qi)(qi)(qi)平焰燒嘴均熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),環形爐(lu)(lu)采用全自(zi)動、先進、可靠的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)工控制系統測量和(he)(he)控制爐(lu)(lu)子(zi)的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)工過程,可根(gen)據不同工況(kuang)準確匹配爐(lu)(lu)子(zi)供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)量,保證管坯按最佳(jia)的(de)工藝曲線加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)和(he)(he)保溫。
環形加(jia)熱(re)爐主要參數包括:
中徑:51m;
爐底寬度(du):5.4m;
最大加熱長度:5.0m;
最(zui)大坯重:7620kg;
最大加熱(re)能(neng)力(li):260t/h;
最大裝(zhuang)出料節奏:90p/h。
2. 錐形輥穿孔機
該機組采用導板式錐形輥立式穿孔機,在18in PQF機組基礎上,穿孔輥直徑從1500mm增大到1700mm,電機功率從6500kW2臺增加到8200kW×2臺,提高穿孔機的變形能力,減少連軋機的變形負荷;采用導板式主要目的是穿孔機孔型封閉性好、毛管壁厚精度高,減少了導盤傳動系統,減小了牌坊的尺寸,降低了設備投資。
由于本機組采(cai)用(yong)的管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)直徑(jing)(Φ310mm、ф380mm、Φ450mm、φ500mm)比18in機組管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)直徑(jing)大(da),管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)重量也大(da),為方便管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)咬入,防(fang)止前(qian)卡事故,在前(qian)臺設(she)置(zhi)了管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)預旋轉裝置(zhi),見(jian)圖(tu)6-17,大(da)管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)在推鋼機推入軋輥前(qian)在預旋轉的驅動下旋轉起來,這樣(yang)很大(da)程(cheng)度改善了咬入條件(jian),減少(shao)了事故,提高了軋輥壽命(ming)。
該穿孔機后(hou)臺一段(duan)有6組三輥(gun)定(ding)心裝置,后(hou)臺二段(duan)的(de)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)采(cai)用(yong)在(zai)線(xian)小車上(shang)下(xia)料、頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)采(cai)用(yong)內部循環(huan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷加外(wai)部氣霧冷卻(que)方式,當頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)穿廢時(shi)隨(sui)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)一起更換(huan),見圖6-18所示(shi)。頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)上(shang)料后(hou)冷卻(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)可直接循環(huan)到頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)工(gong)作(zuo)段(duan)的(de)內腔,在(zai)軋(ya)制(zhi)及間歇(xie)不管頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)在(zai)什(shen)么位置,都能(neng)通過內部循環(huan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)對(dui)頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)快(kuai)速(su)冷卻(que);在(zai)軋(ya)制(zhi)間歇(xie)時(shi)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)回退到基位后(hou),進入有外(wai)部氣霧冷卻(que)箱對(dui)頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)進行外(wai)部冷卻(que),氣霧冷卻(que)箱中的(de)15道水(shui)(shui)(shui)環(huan)分(fen)4組控(kong)制(zhi),從(cong)圓周方向(xiang)分(fen)別對(dui)頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)不同部位分(fen)別控(kong)制(zhi)時(shi)間控(kong)制(zhi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量來(lai)冷卻(que),從(cong)而保證了頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)工(gong)作(zuo)段(duan)良好(hao)的(de)冷卻(que)效果。
在以前18英(ying)寸(cun)PQF機組(zu)基礎上頂(ding)頭(tou)冷卻形式做了很大(da)改(gai)(gai)進,見圖6-19(其中(zhong),圖6-19為(wei)本機組(zu)頂(ding)頭(tou)結構,圖6-19(b)為(wei)原18in頂(ding)頭(tou)結構),頂(ding)頭(tou)由原來(lai)的(de)實心體改(gai)(gai)為(wei)空腔體,以至于內(nei)(nei)部冷卻水能一直貫通整個頂(ding)頭(tou)的(de)內(nei)(nei)腔,使頂(ding)頭(tou)的(de)尖端及(ji)工作段(duan)能得到徹(che)底冷卻,從而延長了頂(ding)頭(tou)壽命。
本機組的(de)毛管橫移采用可伸縮(suo)的(de)大擺臂(bei)移送(song)到(dao)硼砂工位,吹完硼砂后(hou)由帶擺動(dong)撥(bo)叉(cha)地面小車將毛管移送(song)到(dao)PQF連軋機前臺。
穿孔機主要參數包括(kuo):
最大/最小軋輥(gun)直徑:1700mm/1550mm;
最(zui)大出口速度(du):0.8m/s;
最大軋制力(li)矩(ju):3165kN·m;
主電(dian)機(ji)功率:8200kW×2臺;
主電機最大轉速:354r/min;
氣(qi)霧(wu)冷卻系統:水壓(ya)0.5~0.7MPa;氣(qi)壓(ya)0.4~0.5MIPa。
3. PQF連(lian)軋管機
本機組PQF連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管機為5機架的軸向換(huan)輥(gun)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管機見圖6-20,優(you)點是隧道式筒(tong)形牌坊剛度及(ji)強度好,傳動布置緊湊,軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)穩(wen)定(ding)性好。每架軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機的三個互成120°的軋(ya)(ya)(ya)輥(gun)安裝在(zai)獨立(li)的軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)單元一軋(ya)(ya)(ya)輥(gun)小機架內,安裝在(zai)隧道上(shang)的伺(si)服(fu)液(ye)壓小倉,可(ke)以(yi)對軋(ya)(ya)(ya)輥(gun)輥(gun)縫(feng)進行同步調整也可(ke)以(yi)單獨調整,即采用了輥(gun)縫(feng)自(zi)動控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(HCCS),從而(er)保證了軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)質量,另外,該連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管機在(zai)生產過(guo)程中采用了工藝過(guo)程控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(PSS),實(shi)現了溫度補償、咬入沖擊控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、錐形芯棒伺(si)服(fu)和頭尾削尖等功能。
由于該機組軋(ya)制(zhi)節奏較(jiao)慢(最快40s/支),只有(you)在(zai)線(xian)(xian)穿(chuan)芯(xin)棒方式,不設(she)預(yu)穿(chuan)線(xian)(xian),減少(shao)了(le)(le)芯(xin)棒在(zai)線(xian)(xian)數量,減少(shao)了(le)(le)芯(xin)棒與(yu)毛管(guan)接觸時間,減少(shao)了(le)(le)毛管(guan)的溫(wen)降,提高了(le)(le)芯(xin)棒壽命,節省(sheng)了(le)(le)設(she)備投資。
連軋(ya)機(ji)主要參數(shu)包(bao)括:
荒管(guan)外(wai)徑:ф294mm,φ383mm,φ454mm,φ530mm;
軋輥直徑(jing):φ1060~1130mm;
最(zui)大入口速度:1.5m/s;
最大出口速度(du):4.0m/s;
最(zui)大軋(ya)制力(li):620kN;
最(zui)大(da)軋制(zhi)力矩:250kN·m;
電(dian)機功(gong)率:1~4號機架各3×1000kW,5機架為3×500kW;
限動力(li):2900kN;
限動電機功率(lv):500kW×6臺;
限動(dong)最大前(qian)進(jin)速度:2.5m/s;
限(xian)動最大返回速(su)度:4.5m/s;
軋制中(zhong)限動(dong)速度:1.5m/s。
4. 定徑機
采(cai)用(yong)12架(jia)三輥式(shi)定(ding)徑機(ji),見圖6-21,每架(jia)都有一臺電機(ji)驅動(dong),機(ji)架(jia)采(cai)用(yong)傘(san)齒輪內傳(chuan)動(dong)結構,在機(ji)架(jia)外(wai)有一根傳(chuan)動(dong)軸(zhou)通過聯軸(zhou)器與12架(jia)組(zu)合式(shi)的減速器相連(lian)接(jie),奇偶架(jia)的電機(ji)前后(hou)排上下兩層(ceng)排列,整個(ge)定(ding)徑機(ji)布置(zhi)緊湊。該(gai)機(ji)組(zu)在定(ding)徑機(ji)前設置(zhi)了高壓水除鱗裝置(zhi),提高鋼管的外(wai)表面質量,延長(chang)軋(ya)輥壽命。
定徑機(ji)主要參數包括:
軋輥(gun)名義(yi)直(zhi)徑:φ1000mm;
機(ji)架間距:880mm;
入口鋼管速(su)度:0.8~1.5m/s;
出口鋼(gang)管(guan)速度:0.85~2.0m/s;
電機功率:350kW×12臺;
電機轉速:200~600/1200r/min。
五、機組(zu)工藝控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)和質量保證系(xi)統(tong)
PQF三輥連軋(ya)管(guan)機組(zu)數(shu)量(liang)的(de)(de)不(bu)斷(duan)增多(duo),使得(de)PQF連軋(ya)管(guan)機的(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)和(he)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)保證系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)不(bu)斷(duan)提高(gao)完善,從而保證了更好的(de)(de)產品質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang),更高(gao)的(de)(de)成材率和(he)設(she)備利用率以及(ji)較低的(de)(de)工(gong)具消耗。整(zheng)個機組(zu)的(de)(de)過程管(guan)理系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)包(bao)括通常所說(shuo)的(de)(de)MTS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、HCCS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、PSS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)等(deng)(deng)在內(nei)的(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)以及(ji)QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)兩(liang)大部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成。整(zheng)個熱軋(ya)線(xian)的(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)是用來生產計(ji)劃(hua)及(ji)生產管(guan)理的(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),由穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、PQF軋(ya)管(guan)機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及(ji)定(ding)徑機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)三部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成,其中PQF軋(ya)管(guan)CARTA是核心部(bu)分(fen),穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要(yao)是工(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)設(she)定(ding)、頂頭(tou)導(dao)板軋(ya)輥等(deng)(deng)軋(ya)制(zhi)工(gong)具設(she)計(ji)等(deng)(deng)內(nei)容;張減(jian)機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要(yao)是孔(kong)(kong)型(xing)設(she)計(ji)、工(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)設(she)定(ding)等(deng)(deng)內(nei)容。QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)是用于熱軋(ya)線(xian)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)(de)檢(jian)測系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。
六、在線(xian)檢(jian)測質量保證系統QAS
QAS是(shi)一個在(zai)線獨(du)立工(gong)作站,通過(guo)對物料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)跟蹤(zong)檢測(ce),對數據進(jin)行收集分析和(he)存儲,并將分析的(de)(de)結果及(ji)時反(fan)饋給CARTA系統以(yi)(yi)實施對物料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),保(bao)證(zheng)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)質量(liang)。QAS檢測(ce)的(de)(de)具體內容包括:管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)坯稱重以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)坯料(liao)(liao)超(chao)重,實現(xian)坯料(liao)(liao)跟蹤(zong);環形爐(lu)出口測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)優化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)坯加熱,滿(man)足穿孔(kong)及(ji)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)工(gong)藝要求(qiu),確保(bao)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)質量(liang);穿孔(kong)后(hou)(hou)測(ce)長以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)幾何尺(chi)寸,確保(bao)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)咬(yao)入(ru)及(ji)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)的(de)(de)穩(wen)(wen)定;芯(xin)棒潤滑(hua)(hua)前(qian)測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)滿(man)足芯(xin)棒噴(pen)涂潤滑(hua)(hua)劑的(de)(de)工(gong)藝要求(qiu),確保(bao)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內表面質量(liang)和(he)芯(xin)棒使用(yong)壽命;連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)人口測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)溫(wen)(wen)度確保(bao)軋(ya)(ya)機正(zheng)常咬(yao)入(ru)及(ji)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)的(de)(de)穩(wen)(wen)定性;連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)后(hou)(hou)測(ce)厚測(ce)長測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)出口荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)幾何尺(chi)寸,確保(bao)荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)壁厚精度;定徑前(qian)測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)溫(wen)(wen)度,確保(bao)定徑軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)穩(wen)(wen)定性。
七、機組特點(dian)
1. 增(zeng)大管(guan)坯直徑(jing),降低穿(chuan)孔的(de)擴徑(jing)率,提高毛管(guan)的(de)幾何(he)尺寸精度
與相(xiang)近(jin)機(ji)(ji)組相(xiang)比(如表6-11所(suo)示),該機(ji)(ji)組增大(da)(da)(da)(da)管(guan)坯直徑(jing)的(de)(de)(de)意義(yi)在(zai)(zai)于:對(dui)于環(huan)(huan)形(xing)爐,大(da)(da)(da)(da)口(kou)徑(jing)厚壁管(guan)生產時降(jiang)低了(le)坯料的(de)(de)(de)長度,設計中減少(shao)了(le)環(huan)(huan)形(xing)爐的(de)(de)(de)中徑(jing),在(zai)(zai)環(huan)(huan)形(xing)爐建設中減少(shao)了(le)近(jin)5%投資;對(dui)于穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)而言,管(guan)坯外徑(jing)增大(da)(da)(da)(da)了(le),但毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)幾何(he)尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)和同類機(ji)(ji)組一樣(yang),這樣(yang)毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)擴徑(jing)率(lv)降(jiang)低了(le)近(jin)10%,在(zai)(zai)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)斜軋過程(cheng)中,大(da)(da)(da)(da)大(da)(da)(da)(da)降(jiang)低了(le)軋件的(de)(de)(de)橫(heng)向(xiang)變形(xing),能很(hen)好抑制穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)(de)附加變形(xing)程(cheng)度,提(ti)高毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)幾何(he)尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)精度。
2. 穿孔機(ji)采(cai)用新(xin)型的頂(ding)桿頂(ding)頭(tou)連接形式(shi)和更換方式(shi)
與φ460機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)相比,天淮(huai)508機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)穿孔(kong)后臺二段形(xing)式徹底改進(jin)(jin),針(zhen)對大(da)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)節(jie)奏較(jiao)慢(最快40s以上(shang))的(de)特點,為提(ti)高(gao)(gao)設備(bei)的(de)運(yun)行穩定性(xing),增加(jia)頂(ding)桿上(shang)下料(liao)小(xiao)車,實現頂(ding)桿的(de)在線循(xun)環,改變了同(tong)類錐形(xing)穿孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)單頂(ding)桿在線自動快換(huan)(huan)頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)模式(設備(bei)精度要求較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)),采用頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)和頂(ding)桿通過過盈錐面配合外加(jia)定位銷連接,見圖6-19,并線外裝配作(zuo)業(ye),這(zhe)樣(yang)減少了換(huan)(huan)規格過程(cheng)的(de)設備(bei)調整時(shi)間(jian),改進(jin)(jin)后還避免(mian)生產過程(cheng)中在線頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)安裝不上(shang)出現無頂(ding)頭(tou)(tou)軋制工藝(yi)事(shi)故,節(jie)省(sheng)了頂(ding)桿消耗和工藝(yi)事(shi)故擴大(da)化(hua)造成的(de)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械故障,節(jie)省(sheng)工具費(fei)用同(tong)時(shi)提(ti)高(gao)(gao)了作(zuo)業(ye)率。另外,采用頂(ding)桿更換(huan)(huan)小(xiao)車形(xing)式,換(huan)(huan)孔(kong)型(xing)時(shi)提(ti)前準備(bei)好新(xin)孔(kong)型(xing)的(de)頂(ding)桿,10min 內完成穿孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)頂(ding)桿更換(huan)(huan),較(jiao)同(tong)類型(xing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)穿孔(kong)孔(kong)型(xing)更換(huan)(huan)時(shi)換(huan)(huan)頂(ding)桿節(jie)省(sheng)近90%的(de)時(shi)間(jian)。
3. 改進了穿孔機組(zu)頂頭的(de)冷卻方式
天(tian)淮φ508機(ji)組(zu)穿孔頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)方(fang)式(shi)增(zeng)加(jia)了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)水冷(leng)(leng)(leng)并改進了外(wai)水冷(leng)(leng)(leng)方(fang)式(shi),該機(ji)組(zu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)水能直(zhi)接到(dao)(dao)達頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)腔體內(nei)(見(jian)圖(tu)6-19),設(she)計時增(zeng)加(jia)了內(nei)水冷(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水壓,由同(tong)(tong)類機(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)8bar增(zeng)加(jia)到(dao)(dao)12bar,提高(gao)了冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)速率(lv)。改進了外(wai)水冷(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)形式(shi),在同(tong)(tong)類穿孔機(ji)組(zu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)更換裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)位置(zhi),設(she)計了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)外(wai)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)用(yong)裝置(zhi),該裝置(zhi)采用(yong)氣霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)方(fang)式(shi),見(jian)圖(tu)6-18,并配套電氣控制系(xi)統(tong),根據(ju)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)規格和溫(wen)(wen)度調整(zheng)噴(pen)吹壓力(li)和時間,保證(zheng)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)均(jun)勻(yun),避免了軋制后的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)由冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)不均(jun)造成頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)開(kai)裂報(bao)廢。該機(ji)組(zu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)內(nei)外(wai)水冷(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式(shi),從近半年(nian)生產統(tong)計鍛造頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平均(jun)壽命達到(dao)(dao)450支(zhi)(個別達到(dao)(dao)900支(zhi))以上,頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)平均(jun)壽命是其他(ta)同(tong)(tong)類機(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)1.5倍以上。
4. 連軋短管模式(shi)
為保證大口(kou)(kou)徑厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)生產(chan),連軋(ya)機(ji)組增加(jia)短管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)模(mo)式,設(she)計中連軋(ya)機(ji)與脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)間(jian)距為11.5m,在生產(chan)短于11.5m大口(kou)(kou)徑超厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)時,開(kai)發連軋(ya)的(de)短管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)模(mo)式,在設(she)計過程中考慮實現最短8m管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生產(chan),脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)電機(ji)選(xuan)型時保證低速(su)(su)性能穩定,依靠限動齒條將連軋(ya)后管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)送進脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji),這(zhe)時脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)的(de)線速(su)(su)度和(he)限動速(su)(su)度一(yi)致,咬入后脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)升速(su)(su)實現荒管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和(he)芯棒脫(tuo)(tuo)開(kai)。
5. 為保證大口(kou)徑薄壁管表面質量,移送設備創新(xin)結(jie)構,做到輕拿輕放
為保證(zheng)大(da)(da)(da)口(kou)徑薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)質(zhi)量,防(fang)(fang)止鋼管(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)移(yi)送過程(cheng)出(chu)現(xian)嗑傷(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)及(ji)劃(hua)(hua)痕(hen)現(xian)象(xiang),本(ben)(ben)機(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)橫(heng)移(yi)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)及(ji)脫管(guan)(guan)后(hou)(hou)橫(heng)移(yi)鏈(lian)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)都進(jin)行(xing)改(gai)進(jin)創新。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)ф460mm機(ji)組中(zhong)(zhong),毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)從三輥(gun)(gun)定(ding)心由(you)一個(ge)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤撥(bo)(bo)(bo)出(chu)由(you)另一個(ge)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤接(jie)料(liao)(liao)(liao)放(fang)到旋轉(zhuan)托(tuo)輥(gun)(gun)上(shang)(shang)吹硼砂(sha),見(jian)圖(tu)6-22(a),吹完硼砂(sha)后(hou)(hou)由(you)高(gao)(gao)架小(xiao)車(che)移(yi)送到帶高(gao)(gao)度調整的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)受料(liao)(liao)(liao)鞍(an)(an)座上(shang)(shang),毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)滾(gun)(gun)落(luo)到鞍(an)(an)座輥(gun)(gun)道(dao)上(shang)(shang)進(jin)而(er)由(you)連(lian)軋前(qian)臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)回轉(zhuan)臂(bei)取(qu)走(zou);防(fang)(fang)止大(da)(da)(da)口(kou)徑薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(特別是(shi)徑壁(bi)大(da)(da)(da)于48)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)出(chu)現(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)嗑傷(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)和劃(hua)(hua)痕(hen),天淮ф508mm機(ji)組在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)改(gai)進(jin)創新,見(jian)圖(tu)6-22(b),三輥(gun)(gun)定(ding)心出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)由(you)可伸縮的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)(da)擺(bai)臂(bei)移(yi)送到硼砂(sha)工位,吹完硼砂(sha)后(hou)(hou)由(you)地面(mian)(mian)小(xiao)車(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)叉(cha)將毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)取(qu)走(zou),小(xiao)車(che)到行(xing)程(cheng)后(hou)(hou),小(xiao)車(che)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)叉(cha)將毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)移(yi)到垂(chui)直升(sheng)降的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放(fang)料(liao)(liao)(liao)叉(cha),小(xiao)車(che)回退,然后(hou)(hou)由(you)連(lian)軋前(qian)臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)回轉(zhuan)臂(bei)取(qu)走(zou)毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)毛(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)三次接(jie)力傳遞中(zhong)(zhong)都避(bi)免(mian)了(le)(le)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)叉(cha)及(ji)鞍(an)(an)座臺架上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)沖(chong)擊(ji),都是(shi)輕拿輕放(fang),避(bi)免(mian)了(le)(le)嗑傷(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)和劃(hua)(hua)痕(hen),提高(gao)(gao)了(le)(le)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)質(zhi)量。另外,本(ben)(ben)機(ji)組在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)脫管(guan)(guan)機(ji)后(hou)(hou)橫(heng)移(yi)鏈(lian)冷床入口(kou)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)采用了(le)(le)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)防(fang)(fang)護機(ji)構(gou)(gou),見(jian)圖(tu)6-23,當(dang)鏈(lian)床的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)抬起(qi)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)附帶在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)防(fang)(fang)護板也(ye)(ye)隨之升(sheng)起(qi)以保護鋼管(guan)(guan)防(fang)(fang)止在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)盤上(shang)(shang)嗑傷(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang),當(dang)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)落(luo)下(xia)時反向連(lian)桿機(ji)構(gou)(gou)使防(fang)(fang)護板也(ye)(ye)落(luo)下(xia),將鋼管(guan)(guan)慢(man)(man)慢(man)(man)放(fang)下(xia),從而(er)避(bi)免(mian)了(le)(le)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)以前(qian)18in機(ji)組上(shang)(shang)薄臂(bei)管(guan)(guan)總在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)小(xiao)冷床入口(kou)嗑傷(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后(hou)(hou)果。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)天淮φ508mm機(ji)組中(zhong)(zhong),類似以上(shang)(shang)保護措施及(ji)結構(gou)(gou)應用較多,進(jin)一步提高(gao)(gao)了(le)(le)大(da)(da)(da)口(kou)徑薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)質(zhi)量。
八、結(jie)論
Φ508mmPQF機組(zu)是當今世(shi)界上(shang)最大的(de)熱連(lian)軋(ya)管生產機組(zu),擁有了(le)世(shi)界上(shang)最先進(jin)的(de)工藝設計(ji)和過程控制水平,同(tong)時設計(ji)過程中(zhong)對(dui)同(tong)類(lei)機組(zu)的(de)不足之處和薄弱環節進(jin)行(xing)了(le)重大改進(jin),創新(xin)了(le)5項技術:
1. 在吸收以(yi)往的(de)(de)(de)MPM和(he)(he)PQF機(ji)組經(jing)驗的(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu)上,采用8200kW大功率穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機(ji)加大了(le)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)變形量,減小了(le)后續工(gong)序變形,穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)延(yan)伸(shen)系數最(zui)大能(neng)夠達到4.7。并設計減小了(le)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔毛管(guan)(guan)與連軋芯棒之間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)間(jian)隙(xi),因此更有利于生(sheng)產薄壁管(guan)(guan)和(he)(he)高(gao)合金(jin)管(guan)(guan),已成功生(sheng)產的(de)(de)(de)φ508mmx9.5mm鋼管(guan)(guan)徑(jing)壁比達到56。同(tong)時最(zui)大限度地(di)消(xiao)除了(le)PQF軋機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)內壁傷問題,提(ti)高(gao)了(le)鋼管(guan)(guan)壁厚(hou)精度和(he)(he)均勻度。表6-12及圖(tu)6-24為φ508mm機(ji)組生(sheng)產的(de)(de)(de)φ508mmx12.5mm鋼管(guan)(guan)取(qu)樣情(qing)況:A~H為沿鋼管(guan)(guan)同(tong)一斷面(mian)測(ce)得的(de)(de)(de)8個(ge)壁厚(hou)數據(ju)。由圖(tu)表可(ke)知鋼管(guan)(guan)各斷面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)壁厚(hou)偏差率都在±8%以(yi)內。
2. 穿孔機(ji)組采(cai)用新(xin)型的(de)頂(ding)(ding)桿和頂(ding)(ding)頭連接和更換方式,保證設備運行穩(wen)定(ding),減少了事故,提高了作業率,降低了頂(ding)(ding)桿費用。
3. 穿孔機組頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)增加了(le)內水冷(leng)并設計外水冷(leng)裝置(zhi),保證(zheng)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)冷(leng)卻均勻,提高了(le)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)冷(leng)卻效果,頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)壽命(ming)提高近50%,為(wei)同類(lei)機組提供了(le)改進(jin)技術。
4. 連軋機組開發了短管模式,實現8m以上的大口徑厚壁管的生產,擴大了該機組生產的產品大綱。
5. 設計開發了輕拿輕放的鋼管移送機構,避免了大口徑薄(bo)壁(bi)管移送過程出現磕碰和劃傷,提高了薄壁管產品的一次合格率。
