浙江金洲管(guan)道工業有限公司φ508~1626mm預精(jing)焊螺旋縫埋弧焊鋼管(guan)生(sheng)產線引進(jin)德國SMS MEER集(ji)團旗下PWS公司國際(ji)先進(jin)的預精(jing)焊(二(er)步法)螺旋焊管(guan)生(sheng)產技術(shu)和設備,于2015年(nian)1月正式投(tou)產,年(nian)生(sheng)產能力20萬噸,生(sheng)產壁厚6.4mm~25.4mm,最高生(sheng)產鋼級 L690/X100。
金州管道不銹鋼焊管生產線控制系統基于工業以太網技術,實現分布式自動化控制,是目前世界上裝備最先進、工藝最成熟、自動化程度最高的螺旋焊管生產線之一,在檢測設備方面生產線配備了112通道100%母材超聲波探傷、32通道焊縫超聲波探傷、數字平板X射線實時成像檢測系統、4000t水壓試驗機等。
一、生產工藝流程

1. 高速成型預焊機組技(ji)術
穩定的(de)鋼(gang)(gang)帶工作寬度(du)(du)(du)和穩定的(de)遞送狀(zhuang)態(tai)是實(shi)(shi)現穩定高速成(cheng)型(xing)的(de)前提(ti),通過以(yi)下(xia)各系統的(de)協同(tong)工作,使鋼(gang)(gang)帶以(yi)最穩的(de)狀(zhuang)態(tai)進入成(cheng)型(xing)器,在高精度(du)(du)(du)模型(xing)化的(de)成(cheng)型(xing)系統中(zhong)實(shi)(shi)現低應力穩定成(cheng)型(xing),對外徑、圓度(du)(du)(du)、直度(du)(du)(du)實(shi)(shi)現高精度(du)(du)(du)控制,為預焊(han)提(ti)供穩定的(de)焊(han)接環境。
a. 鋼帶矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)裝置(zhi)配備(bei)七輥(gun)(gun)(gun)矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)機,矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)高度由電機調節,矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)力(li)大(da)小由液壓缸提供,可(ke)對每個矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)進(jin)行獨立控制,精確調整每個矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)位置(zhi)的壓力(li),使出口(kou)側鋼帶快速達到(dao)理想的矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)狀(zhuang)態,其最大(da)矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)力(li)600噸,滿足大(da)壁厚高鋼級的高速矯(jiao)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)。
b. 剪切(qie)對焊機(ji)(ji)配備伊薩等離子切(qie)割系統、板頭(tou)(tou)尾銑邊機(ji)(ji)、預焊系統、雙(shuang)(shuang)絲(si)自(zi)動埋(mai)弧焊系統,通過(guo)先(xian)銑邊后焊接(jie)的工藝,有效避免因板頭(tou)(tou)尾對接(jie)人為地產生(sheng)鐮刀彎。采(cai)用Y型(xing)焊接(jie)坡口,配合預焊+雙(shuang)(shuang)絲(si)自(zi)動埋(mai)弧焊工藝,使(shi)得對接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)達到足(zu)夠的熔深和強度,確保(bao)對頭(tou)(tou)焊縫(feng)質量,實現鋼帶(dai)對接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)在(zai)成型(xing)器快速(su)穩(wen)定通過(guo)。
c. 自(zi)適應銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)配備三(san)組(zu)(zu)鋼帶(dai)(dai)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)自(zi)適應銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)。第一(yi)、二(er)組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)為粗銑(xian)(xian)(xian),寬(kuan)度(du)(du)自(zi)適應系統通過實時(shi)檢(jian)測鋼帶(dai)(dai)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)前后(hou)寬(kuan)度(du)(du),合理地分配每組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)切(qie)削深度(du)(du),提(ti)高(gao)刀(dao)片的使(shi)用(yong)壽命(ming),保(bao)證銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)質量;第三(san)組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)為精銑(xian)(xian)(xian),根據壁厚和焊(han)(han)接工藝(yi)設定(ding)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)后(hou)工作寬(kuan)度(du)(du)、坡(po)口(kou)角度(du)(du),鈍(dun)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)厚度(du)(du)、鈍(dun)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)位(wei)置,穩定(ding)的銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)控制為后(hou)續(xu)的焊(han)(han)接提(ti)供有(you)利條件。三(san)組(zu)(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)刀(dao)盤在豎直方(fang)向(xiang)具有(you)仿形隨動(dong)(dong)功(gong)能(neng),有(you)效地防止由于帶(dai)(dai)鋼波(bo)動(dong)(dong)引起的坡(po)口(kou)不均勻(yun),保(bao)證邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)部形狀(zhuang)良好穩定(ding),從而確保(bao)成型過程穩定(ding)。同(tong)時(shi)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)(ji)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)削速(su)度(du)(du)在3~10m/min的遞(di)送速(su)度(du)(du)下自(zi)動(dong)(dong)進行自(zi)適應動(dong)(dong)態調節,滿足高(gao)速(su)預焊(han)(han)的需求。
d. 鋼(gang)帶(dai)(dai)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)對(dui)中(zhong)系統配備多組(zu)鋼(gang)帶(dai)(dai)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)對(dui)中(zhong)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),每組(zu)對(dui)中(zhong)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)均配備獨立位置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)傳(chuan)感器,實(shi)時(shi)監測鋼(gang)帶(dai)(dai)的位置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)信息,系統自(zi)動(dong)(dong)判斷鋼(gang)帶(dai)(dai)位置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)狀(zhuang)態和變化趨勢,通(tong)過先進的PI閉環控制(zhi)算法,實(shi)時(shi)動(dong)(dong)態分配各組(zu)對(dui)中(zhong)輥推力,實(shi)現鋼(gang)帶(dai)(dai)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)對(dui)中(zhong),通(tong)過數據(ju)對(dui)比自(zi)動(dong)(dong)分析鋼(gang)帶(dai)(dai)鐮刀彎程度,實(shi)時(shi)糾偏,保證成型過程穩定(ding)。
e. 主驅動(dong)是整(zheng)個(ge)成型預焊機(ji)組(zu)的唯一(yi)動(dong)力,由兩臺210kW交流電機(ji)提(ti)(ti)供(gong),動(dong)力通過行星(xing)齒輪傳輸(shu)到驅動(dong)輥(gun),最(zui)大驅動(dong)扭(niu)矩480kN·m,兩輥(gun)夾送壓(ya)力由液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)提(ti)(ti)供(gong),液(ye)壓(ya)回路中的蓄能(neng)裝置可有效吸收焊縫(feng)通過輥(gun)子時的壓(ya)力變化,提(ti)(ti)供(gong)穩定的遞送速度。
f. 高(gao)精(jing)度成(cheng)型(xing)機(ji)主(zhu)要由(you)三輥彎曲系(xi)統和(he)外控輥系(xi)統組成(cheng),最(zui)大成(cheng)型(xing)力300t,各(ge)成(cheng)型(xing)輥梁均配置伺服電(dian)機(ji)和(he)絕(jue)對值編碼(ma)器,采用PWS先進(jin)的成(cheng)型(xing)模型(xing)算法,通過精(jing)確定位各(ge)成(cheng)型(xing)輥位置,實現(xian)高(gao)速穩定成(cheng)型(xing),同時各(ge)位置信息通過PLC儲存,可重(zhong)復(fu)調(diao)用,提高(gao)成(cheng)型(xing)效(xiao)率。
g. 數(shu)字式(shi)預焊(han)(han)(han)(han)系(xi)統(tong)采用(yong)(yong)CO2氣體(ti)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han),由(you)兩(liang)臺1500A數(shu)字式(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)電源串聯而成,內(nei)置專(zhuan)家級焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)數(shu)據庫,根據壁厚和(he)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲直徑(jing)不同,選擇合適的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)程(cheng)(cheng)序,程(cheng)(cheng)序自(zi)動調(diao)用(yong)(yong)數(shu)據庫參(can)(can)數(shu),并在焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)對參(can)(can)數(shu)進(jin)行PI閉環控制,其控制了頻率達到5kHz,確保(bao)(bao)參(can)(can)數(shu)輸(shu)出穩(wen)定。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)采用(yong)(yong)潛(qian)弧式(shi)的(de)過(guo)渡形式(shi),配合活性(xing)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)氣體(ti),可在較高的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)速度下保(bao)(bao)持(chi)穩(wen)定的(de)熔深(shen),確保(bao)(bao)于焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫的(de)強度,最高焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)速度達10m/min。預焊(han)(han)(han)(han)系(xi)統(tong)配備激(ji)光自(zi)動跟(gen)蹤(zong)系(xi)統(tong)和(he)視(shi)頻監控系(xi)統(tong),可對焊(han)(han)(han)(han)點位置和(he)預焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫狀態實時監控,實現自(zi)動化焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)。
2. 雙環噴水式(shi)等離子環切機
配備(bei)雙(shuang)環(huan)(huan)(huan)噴水式等離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)機(ji)。其(qi)雙(shuang)環(huan)(huan)(huan)即夾(jia)持環(huan)(huan)(huan)和切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)環(huan)(huan)(huan),夾(jia)持環(huan)(huan)(huan)包含(han)3組抱夾(jia)裝置,同時環(huan)(huan)(huan)切(qie)(qie)(qie)機(ji)具(ju)備(bei)長度(du)測量系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),控(kong)制精度(du)達到(dao)1mm,當鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)長度(du)達到(dao)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)所設定的(de)(de)長度(du)時,夾(jia)持環(huan)(huan)(huan)夾(jia)緊鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan),使(shi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)與不(bu)銹鋼(gang)焊(han)管(guan)(guan)(guan)以同樣的(de)(de)速度(du)前進(jin),隨后(hou)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)環(huan)(huan)(huan)實施環(huan)(huan)(huan)切(qie)(qie)(qie)作(zuo)業。雙(shuang)環(huan)(huan)(huan)等離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)使(shi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)與鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)形成(cheng)一個相對速度(du)為(wei)0的(de)(de)狀態(tai),提(ti)供穩定的(de)(de)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)環(huan)(huan)(huan)境,使(shi)得(de)切(qie)(qie)(qie)口更加整齊;其(qi)噴水系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)一方(fang)面對等離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)弧進(jin)行(xing)收(shou)弧聚能,使(shi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)能量更加集中(zhong),提(ti)高(gao)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)效率(lv),另(ling)一方(fang)面對切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)周圍進(jin)行(xing)冷卻,減(jian)少切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)熱影響區(qu),保證管(guan)(guan)(guan)端母(mu)材性(xing)能。
3. 精焊機(FWM)
配備3條精焊(han)(han)(han)線(xian)(xian),每(mei)條精焊(han)(han)(han)線(xian)(xian)配置(zhi)內(nei)焊(han)(han)(han)三絲(si)和外(wai)焊(han)(han)(han)雙絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)系(xi)統(tong),內(nei)焊(han)(han)(han)和外(wai)焊(han)(han)(han)均配置(zhi)獨立的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)激光自動(dong)跟蹤系(xi)統(tong)、視頻監視系(xi)統(tong)、焊(han)(han)(han)槍高度跟蹤系(xi)統(tong)、焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)參數控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)等,通過(guo)各結構聯動(dong),實現自動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)、實時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)頭位置(zhi)調節(jie)和校正,確(que)保每(mei)一條焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)質量,同時(shi)每(mei)支不(bu)銹鋼焊(han)(han)(han)管的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)參數實時(shi)曲線(xian)(xian)可獨立存檔、回放,通過(guo)參數曲線(xian)(xian)可提前(qian)發現焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)存在的(de)(de)(de)隱患(huan)點(dian),以(yi)進行針(zhen)對性檢測(ce)。
4. PWS數字焊(han)接系統
預焊(han)(han)(han)和(he)精焊(han)(han)(han)工藝(yi)均(jun)配(pei)備了PWS數字焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)系(xi)統,即焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)電源(yuan)和(he)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)工藝(yi)均(jun)通(tong)過微處理(li)器控制(zhi),從起弧到(dao)整(zheng)個(ge)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)過程(cheng),微處理(li)器均(jun)以5kHz的(de)(de)(de)頻(pin)率對(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)工藝(yi)進(jin)行(xing)分(fen)析和(he)優化。焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)工藝(yi)過程(cheng)采(cai)取極高的(de)(de)(de)頻(pin)率不斷進(jin)行(xing)分(fen)析和(he)優化,實現(xian)了對(dui)整(zheng)個(ge)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)過程(cheng)實時(shi)精確的(de)(de)(de)PI閉環控制(zhi),其直接(jie)效果(guo)使(shi)得(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)過程(cheng)十(shi)分(fen)穩(wen)定,減少了焊(han)(han)(han)縫缺陷和(he)管端焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)缺陷。
5. 112通(tong)道(dao)在線鋼管超聲波檢測系(xi)統
生產線配備(bei)112通(tong)道(dao)在線鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)超(chao)聲波檢(jian)(jian)測系(xi)統,采用8×30mm雙(shuang)晶組合探(tan)頭(tou),共25組,100通(tong)道(dao),探(tan)頭(tou)固定(ding)梳(shu)狀掃查(cha)方(fang)式對鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板100%探(tan)傷,用于(yu)檢(jian)(jian)測平行于(yu)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)方(fang)向(xiang)線性缺(que)(que)(que)陷(xian)。同時鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板兩(liang)邊200mm范(fan)圍內各(ge)有5個(ge)橫波探(tan)頭(tou),用于(yu)檢(jian)(jian)測鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板邊緣(yuan)與軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)方(fang)向(xiang)平行的(de)缺(que)(que)(que)陷(xian)。鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板兩(liang)側各(ge)15mm范(fan)圍內各(ge)有1個(ge)橫波探(tan)頭(tou),用于(yu)檢(jian)(jian)測鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板邊緣(yuan)與軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)方(fang)向(xiang)垂(chui)直的(de)缺(que)(que)(que)陷(xian)。設(she)備(bei)具有聲、光報警(jing)系(xi)統,缺(que)(que)(que)陷(xian)自動噴標系(xi)統,以及各(ge)通(tong)道(dao)的(de)耦合監視系(xi)統,缺(que)(que)(que)陷(xian)檢(jian)(jian)出率100%。
6. 32通道(dao)焊縫超聲波(bo)檢測系統(tong)
生產(chan)線(xian)配備32通道(dao)焊(han)(han)縫超聲波檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)系統,具(ju)有(you)24個探傷(shang)通道(dao)和8個耦合監(jian)視通道(dao),采用雙探架設計,配備激(ji)光圖(tu)像自動跟(gen)蹤系統,確保(bao)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)過(guo)程穩(wen)定(ding)性。布局(ju)探頭有(you)X型(xing)和串列型(xing),可檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)焊(han)(han)縫內縱向、橫(heng)向、斜(xie)向、焊(han)(han)縫中間缺(que)陷(xian)(xian)以及(ji)焊(han)(han)縫兩側50mm范圍(wei)內的(de)熱影響(xiang)區分層(ceng)缺(que)陷(xian)(xian)。
7. X射線實時成像檢測系統(tong)
生(sheng)產線配備數字(zi)平(ping)板X射線實時成像檢測(ce)系統,采用美(mei)國珀(po)金埃爾默公司的8in非晶數字(zi)平(ping)板系統XRD 0822 AP,空間分辨率(lv)優于3.0p/mm,具有全焊縫實時存(cun)圖(tu)及回放功能,檢測(ce)靜態靈敏度1.0%~1.5%,動態靈敏度2.2%~2.5%。
8. 自動化鋼(gang)管(guan)輸送控制(zhi)系統
輸送(song)(song)系統(tong)(tong)由(you)(you)輸送(song)(song)輥(gun)道(dao)(dao)、橫移小車(che)、存(cun)管(guan)(guan)臺(tai)架構成,輸送(song)(song)輥(gun)道(dao)(dao)每4個(ge)為一組,存(cun)管(guan)(guan)臺(tai)架采用V形(xing)臺(tai)架,每組輥(gun)道(dao)(dao)、橫移小車(che)和(he)每個(ge)V形(xing)臺(tai)架均配(pei)置傳感(gan)器(qi),用于檢測鋼管(guan)(guan)位置,鋼管(guan)(guan)自動(dong)化輸送(song)(song)控制系統(tong)(tong)由(you)(you)中央(yang)控制室(shi)進行監控,并自動(dong)選擇最優程序實現整個(ge)車(che)間鋼管(guan)(guan)的運輸和(he)存(cun)放,提高車(che)間作業效率。
9. ERP信息化管理系統(tong)
ERP系統包括制(zhi)造數據(ju)管理(li)(li)、計劃排產(chan)管理(li)(li)、生產(chan)調度管理(li)(li)、庫存(cun)管理(li)(li)、質量(liang)(liang)管理(li)(li)、工藝(yi)過程管理(li)(li)、采購管理(li)(li)、成(cheng)(cheng)本管理(li)(li)、生產(chan)過程控(kong)制(zhi)、質量(liang)(liang)數據(ju)集成(cheng)(cheng)分析。實現從訂單下達到產(chan)品(pin)完成(cheng)(cheng)的整個生產(chan)過程的優化(hua)管理(li)(li),改(gai)善各(ge)個環節的銜接效率(lv),對(dui)生產(chan)進度、產(chan)品(pin)質量(liang)(liang)數據(ju)實時反饋,從而保障產(chan)品(pin)質量(liang)(liang)和工廠及時交貨能(neng)力。
10. 機器人自動噴(pen)標系(xi)統
生產線配備機(ji)(ji)器人(ren)自(zi)(zi)動噴標系(xi)統,實現生產過程鋼管(guan)信息的自(zi)(zi)動讀取和收集,中控匯總(zong)鋼管(guan)的過程狀態信息,同時產品(pin)標識(shi)更加(jia)美觀、規范(fan)、準確。通過機(ji)(ji)器換人(ren),降低(di)工人(ren)勞(lao)動強度。

自2015年投產(chan)以(yi)來,金洲(zhou)管(guan)道(dao)以(yi)預(yu)精焊生產(chan)線(xian)為依托,成立了能源(yuan)管(guan)道(dao)研(yan)究所,焊接實驗室(shi)等研(yan)發部(bu)門,整合公司(si)優質資源(yuan),通過自主(zhu)創新和產(chan)學研(yan)等方(fang)式,加快預(yu)精焊工藝技術消化吸收再創新,先后試制(zhi)(zhi)進行(xing)(xing)了φ1219mmx16.3mm、X90M,φ1219mmx22mm、X80M,ф1219m219mmx25.425.4mm、Q345B,φ508mmx6.4mm,X65M等規格,參與(yu)了新粵浙(zhe)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線φ1219x18.4,X80M管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線的(de)單爐試制(zhi)(zhi),在高(gao)鋼(gang)級(ji)大(da)壁(bi)厚的(de)螺旋不銹鋼(gang)焊(han)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生產工(gong)藝(yi)上積累一定的(de)經驗。針對預(yu)焊(han)飛濺、精焊(han)質量、生產效率等重(zhong)點難點問(wen)題,進行(xing)(xing)了專(zhuan)項技術攻關,通過多項科研成果的(de)應用,金洲管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道預(yu)精焊(han)工(gong)藝(yi)技術水平(ping)達到(dao)國內領先水平(ping)。產品(pin)廣(guang)泛用于(yu)石(shi)油、天然(ran)氣(qi)輸送(song)、海底(di)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線、城市(shi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網以及大(da)型鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)樁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等領域。先后承接了惠州海底(di)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道項目(mu)、金麗(li)溫省級(ji)天然(ran)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道工(gong)程、海南環(huan)島管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線工(gong)程、江陰燃(ran)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道工(gong)程、馬來西亞管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網項目(mu)、文萊管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線項目(mu)、伊朗管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線項目(mu),以及港(gang)華燃(ran)氣(qi)、中燃(ran)燃(ran)氣(qi)、華潤燃(ran)氣(qi)等各大(da)城市(shi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網工(gong)程。
