07Cr15Ni7Mo2Al 、0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al、632不銹鋼是以2%Mo取(qu)代07Cr17Ni7A1鋼(gang)中2%Cr的(de)(de)半奧氏(shi)(shi)體沉淀(dian)硬化不銹鋼(gang),在固(gu)溶狀態(tai)下,基(ji)本保持(chi)奧氏(shi)(shi)體組織(含(han)有(you)5%~20%的(de)(de)鐵素(su)體),在此(ci)狀態(tai)下鋼(gang)的(de)(de)韌性好,硬度較低(di),加(jia)(jia)工(gong)成(cheng)形(xing)性能良(liang)好,易(yi)于(yu)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)制造,加(jia)(jia)工(gong)后(hou)(hou)再經調整處(chu)(chu)理(li)、冷處(chu)(chu)理(li)及時(shi)效處(chu)(chu)理(li),所(suo)析出的(de)(de)鎳一鋁強(qiang)化相,使(shi)鋼(gang)的(de)(de)室溫強(qiang)度可以達1400MPa以上,并具有(you)滿足使(shi)用要求(qiu)的(de)(de)塑韌性。此(ci)外,由于(yu)鋼(gang)中含(han)有(you)Mo,使(shi)之耐(nai)還原(yuan)性介質腐(fu)蝕能力有(you)所(suo)改(gai)善。其特點是在成(cheng)形(xing)過程中可通過熱處(chu)(chu)理(li)工(gong)藝控制馬氏(shi)(shi)體相變溫度,使(shi)其在加(jia)(jia)工(gong)過程中處(chu)(chu)于(yu)奧氏(shi)(shi)體狀態(tai),以便于(yu)機械加(jia)(jia)工(gong),成(cheng)形(xing)后(hou)(hou)通過沉淀(dian)硬化使(shi)馬氏(shi)(shi)體相變,具有(you)高(gao)強(qiang)度特性。


  07Cr15Ni7Mo2Al 、0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al、632不銹鋼的不足之處(chu)(chu)在于化(hua)學(xue)成分需精確(que)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)工(gong)藝(yi)復雜(za),縱(zong)向、橫向韌(ren)性(xing)和塑(su)性(xing)差(cha)異大,經調整(zheng)處(chu)(chu)理(li)后塑(su)韌(ren)性(xing)損(sun)失較(jiao)大。其化(hua)學(xue)成分和熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)工(gong)藝(yi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)范(fan)圍(wei)很窄,熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)工(gong)藝(yi)復雜(za),性(xing)能易于波動(dong),低(di)溫韌(ren)性(xing)較(jiao)差(cha),用于零下(xia)100℃變(bian)脆(cui),易加工(gong)硬化(hua),通常需多(duo)次中間(jian)退(tui)火。


  07Cr15Ni7Mo2Al 、0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al、632不銹鋼(gang)鋼(gang)的綜合性(xing)(xing)能優于(yu)07Cr17Ni7Al,因(yin)此(ci)其應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)領域也(ye)較廣泛。該鋼(gang)廣泛應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)宇(yu)航、模具(ju)行(xing)業、石油化工(gong)(gong)能源工(gong)(gong)業中(zhong)的耐蝕(shi)及400℃以下工(gong)(gong)作的承力構件(jian)及容器以及彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)(xing)元件(jian)。如用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)、刀具(ju)、壓(ya)力容器、反(fan)應(ying)堆部(bu)件(jian)、各(ge)種容器、管道(dao)、彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)、船(chuan)軸、壓(ya)縮機(ji)盤。
