  1998-2007年,衡陽華菱(ling)不銹鋼(gang)管廠以減員增(zeng)效、剝離輔助、三項(xiang)制度改革等為主(zhu)要(yao)內容,加快轉(zhuan)機建制步伐。按照建立“政企(qi)分開、權責明確、產(chan)權清晰、管理科學”的現代企(qi)業制度的要(yao)求,衡鋼(gang)以資(zi)產(chan)經營為紐帶,大力(li)推進“分離輔助、精干主(zhu)體”的企(qi)業改制工作,1998年至1999年,共剝離9個輔助部門(men)。在集(ji)團公(gong)司(si)的扶植下(xia),輔助單位自我生存能力(li)不斷增(zeng)強。

   強化技術(shu)(shu)創新(xin),“提檔(dang)加速”進(jin)軍高端(duan)產品市(shi)場。在引進(jin)和消(xiao)化吸收國(guo)外(wai)先進(jin)無縫(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)生(sheng)產裝備和技術(shu)(shu)的(de)基礎上,衡鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)插上科(ke)技創新(xin)的(de)“翅膀”,開始在無縫(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)制造(zao)的(de)領域(yu)啟航并騰飛。從1987年到1997年,衡鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)進(jin)行了大小(xiao)130余項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)技術(shu)(shu)改造(zao)和700余項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)技術(shu)(shu)改進(jin),完成重大科(ke)研(yan)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目38個,新(xin)技術(shu)(shu)推廣(guang)14個,其中5項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)技術(shu)(shu)獲國(guo)家專利、6項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)獲省冶(ye)金(jin)系統科(ke)技進(jin)步(bu)獎、10項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)處于國(guo)內領先地位。其中,企業自(zi)行設計的(de)ф108mm三(san)輥高精度熱軋無縫(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機組有效填補了中厚壁(bi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)生(sheng)產的(de)空白,引進(jin)消(xiao)化吸收的(de)Φ89mm半浮芯(xin)棒連軋管(guan)(guan)(guan)機組使企業在高壓鍋爐管(guan)(guan)(guan)、油管(guan)(guan)(guan)市(shi)場上搶占先機。


  2003年(nian),衡鋼(gang)(gang)拉開二次創業的序幕,進(jin)入新一輪大技改時期,相繼(ji)建成了(le)二連軋項目、大管(guan)坯項目、套(tao)管(guan)加工生產(chan)線等(deng)一大批管(guan)國(guo)家(jia)、省(sheng)市重點工程。2007年(nian),圍繞“十一五”發(fa)展規劃(hua),實(shi)施了(le)ф108mm機(ji)組改造,啟動了(le)特大口徑(jing)軋機(ji)、煉鐵系統建設。2000年(nian)至2007年(nian),衡鋼(gang)(gang)開發(fa)油田用管(guan)新鋼(gang)(gang)種35個,擁有自主(zhu)知識產(chan)權的經濟型油氣用管(guan)HS系列用鋼(gang)(gang)種6個,自主(zhu)開發(fa)的HSM特殊扣申請了(le)專利。


  2008年(nian)至(zhi)2018年(nian),衡(heng)陽(yang)華(hua)菱不銹(xiu)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)結構(gou)調整向高(gao)(gao)鋼級轉(zhuan)變、向具(ju)有(you)自主知識產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)權(quan)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)轉(zhuan)變邁(mai)出堅實步伐,高(gao)(gao)端(duan)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量(liang)穩(wen)步增(zeng)長,拳(quan)頭產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)市場(chang)占有(you)率(lv)進一步擴大(da),新(xin)(xin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)開發(fa)能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)不斷提(ti)(ti)升,成(cheng)為抵御市場(chang)風(feng)險、增(zeng)強創效能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)重要(yao)砝碼。2008年(nian)成(cheng)功開發(fa)HS80N抗扭套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HS80-3Cr抗腐蝕套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、高(gao)(gao)鋼級臂(bei)架用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)7個(ge)新(xin)(xin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)。2009年(nian)油(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量(liang)進入行業前三強,成(cheng)功開發(fa)直連(lian)(lian)型小套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSM-2特(te)殊(shu)(shu)扣、3Cr-13Cr油(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、熱采井套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)7個(ge)新(xin)(xin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)。2010年(nian)開發(fa)新(xin)(xin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)6個(ge),具(ju)有(you)自主知識產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)權(quan)的(de)(de)HSM特(te)殊(shu)(shu)扣銷量(liang)突破2萬(wan)噸,同比增(zeng)長100%。2011年(nian),衡(heng)鋼與(yu)中國(guo)(guo)華(hua)電集團華(hua)電重工(gong)裝(zhuang)備有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司簽訂(ding)電力(li)(li)(li)“四大(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)”第(di)一單(dan),填補了衡(heng)鋼在(zai)電力(li)(li)(li)“四大(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)”市場(chang)業績空白(bai)的(de)(de)歷(li)史,打破了中國(guo)(guo)電力(li)(li)(li)“四大(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)”長期(qi)依賴進口(kou)(kou)的(de)(de)格局。2014年(nian),衡(heng)鋼在(zai)高(gao)(gao)端(duan)油(you)氣用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、壓力(li)(li)(li)容器用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、機(ji)械(xie)加(jia)工(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)國(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)化進程中“提(ti)(ti)檔(dang)加(jia)速”。其中,大(da)口(kou)(kou)徑拖車(che)氣瓶(ping)、P91、13Cr、Gr.8、海工(gong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、石油(you)機(ji)械(xie)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)重點品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)的(de)(de)技術障礙得(de)以掃除,C110、V150油(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)實現穩(wen)定生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)。2015年(nian),衡(heng)鋼全(quan)面啟動第(di)三輪結構(gou)調整,部分高(gao)(gao)端(duan)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)市場(chang)取(qu)得(de)突破,P91高(gao)(gao)鍋管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、鉆具(ju)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)銷量(liang)大(da)幅增(zeng)長,L80-13Cr PSL3油(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSTS直連(lian)(lian)型油(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)實現批量(liang)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)。HSM-2特(te)殊(shu)(shu)扣批量(liang)進入中海油(you)、江漢油(you)田。4145、4147牌(pai)號(hao)大(da)口(kou)(kou)徑氣瓶(ping)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)首(shou)次出口(kou)(kou)美國(guo)(guo)。C110油(you)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)大(da)批量(liang)供貨塔里木、西北局,石油(you)機(ji)械(xie)加(jia)工(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)進入斯倫貝謝,V150高(gao)(gao)強高(gao)(gao)韌套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)進軍中東中亞特(te)殊(shu)(shu)市場(chang)。公(gong)司成(cheng)功開發(fa)SQ14型150x150熱軋車(che)軸用(yong)(yong)(yong)無縫方管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、壁厚≤30mm的(de)(de)C110高(gao)(gao)鋼級機(ji)械(xie)加(jia)工(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSM-3特(te)殊(shu)(shu)扣套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSTS雙臺肩螺紋(wen)直連(lian)(lian)型油(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。范圍(wei):ф(68~219)mmx(4.5~40)mm,年(nian)設(she)計能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)為25萬(wan)噸。


  2008-2018年,衡陽華菱(ling)不銹鋼(gang)管(guan)廠共有(you)29個(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目獲(huo)市級及以上科技進步獎(jiang)(jiang),國(guo)家(jia)科技進步獎(jiang)(jiang)實現(xian)從無(wu)到(dao)有(you),“電弧(hu)爐(lu)煉鋼(gang)復(fu)合吹煉技術的研究(jiu)應(ying)用”榮獲(huo)2016年度國(guo)家(jia)科技進步二等獎(jiang)(jiang)。P91無(wu)縫鋼(gang)管(guan)及其制備方法獲(huo)中(zhong)國(guo)專(zhuan)(zhuan)利優秀獎(jiang)(jiang),另(ling)有(you)5個(ge)(ge)(ge)專(zhuan)(zhuan)利在湖南省、衡陽市獲(huo)獎(jiang)(jiang)。國(guo)際專(zhuan)(zhuan)利申(shen)(shen)請(qing)實現(xian)突破,首次實施PCT專(zhuan)(zhuan)利申(shen)(shen)請(qing)2個(ge)(ge)(ge)。主持制定(ding)國(guo)家(jia)和行業標準9個(ge)(ge)(ge),其中(zhong)國(guo)標5個(ge)(ge)(ge)、行標4個(ge)(ge)(ge)。
