二氧化碳液態低溫容器槽車是由外容器和內容器組成。內容器材質為06Cr18Ni11Ti不銹鋼,壁厚16mm。內容器外形尺寸:直徑1600mm,長為5786mm,容積為11m3。除進行外觀目視檢查外,還必須對焊縫進行100%的滲透檢測和100%的射線檢測。內容器還要進行2.88MPa干燥無油壓縮空氣試驗和氦質譜真空檢漏,漏氣率不大于2×10-5Pa·L/s。


  焊(han)接(jie)工藝:所有縱焊(han)縫(feng)和環焊(han)縫(feng)(除一端頭與筒體(ti)環焊(han)縫(feng)外)均采用(yong)埋弧焊(han),焊(han)機型號為(wei)MZ-1000型,采用(yong)直(zhi)流反極(ji)性電源。焊(han)絲(si)牌(pai)號H08Cr19Ni10Ti,直(zhi)徑為(wei)4mm,焊(han)劑為(wei)HJ260。


1. 縱縫埋弧(hu)焊


  鋼板放在刨邊機(ji)上按圖3-72進行(xing)(xing)坡口(kou)加工,待(dai)焊(han)(han)鋼板放在門式焊(han)(han)接(jie)夾具(ju)(圖3-19)上進行(xing)(xing)裝(zhuang)配,待(dai)焊(han)(han)處(chu)清(qing)除油污后(hou)進行(xing)(xing)焊(han)(han)接(jie),焊(han)(han)接(jie)參數見表3-62,焊(han)(han)好第1、2層(ceng)(ceng)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)后(hou)要(yao)進行(xing)(xing)清(qing)根,先(xian)用碳弧氣(qi)刨,然后(hou)用風動(dong)砂輪清(qing)理打磨出金屬光澤,并(bing)保證清(qing)根后(hou)凹槽尺(chi)寸均勻一致,然后(hou)焊(han)(han)接(jie)第3層(ceng)(ceng)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)。

2. 環縫埋弧(hu)焊


  環(huan)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)埋弧焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)包括筒(tong)(tong)節(jie)與筒(tong)(tong)節(jie)和(he)筒(tong)(tong)節(jie)與一端頭(tou)的環(huan)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)。將焊(han)(han)(han)(han)好的筒(tong)(tong)節(jie)、封頭(tou)放在焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)滾(gun)輪(lun)架(見圖3-18)上進行(xing)(xing)裝配(pei),用(yong)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)電弧焊(han)(han)(han)(han)進行(xing)(xing)定位焊(han)(han)(han)(han),在平臺式焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)操作機上(如圖3-19)進行(xing)(xing)環(huan)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie),先焊(han)(han)(han)(han)內(nei)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)(第1、2層)然(ran)后(hou)按縱縫(feng)(feng)(feng)工藝進行(xing)(xing)清根再焊(han)(han)(han)(han)第3層焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)參數(shu)可參表3-62。

  上述(shu)縱、環縫焊接完(wan)畢,先進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)目(mu)視(shi)檢(jian)(jian)查,然后進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)100%滲(shen)透檢(jian)(jian)測,排除焊縫表(biao)面缺陷后,再進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)100%射線檢(jian)(jian)測,焊縫內部(bu)質量應(ying)達(da)到設(she)計圖樣要求后才(cai)能進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)下面工序(xu)。



3. 另一封(feng)頭與筒體焊接(jie)


  內(nei)(nei)(nei)容(rong)器是一(yi)個密(mi)封容(rong)器(除(chu)輸(shu)入(ru)、輸(shu)出液管路外(wai)),沒有人(ren)孔(kong)裝置,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)設備和(he)人(ren)員無法進入(ru)容(rong)器內(nei)(nei)(nei)操(cao)作。采(cai)用(yong)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)工藝如圖3-73所示。內(nei)(nei)(nei)環(huan)縫(feng)(feng)增加(jia)了一(yi)個環(huan)形(xing)墊圈,材質與(yu)內(nei)(nei)(nei)容(rong)器材質相同(tong),墊圈厚(hou)度為4mm,寬度為30mm。先用(yong)鎢極(ji)氬弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)進行(xing)(xing)打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),保證焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)透實現單面焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)雙面成(cheng)(cheng)形(xing),通過(guo)100%射線(xian)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測判片合格(ge)后(hou),進行(xing)(xing)第(di)2層(ceng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)條電弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),其(qi)目的(de)是提高焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)厚(hou)度,防止埋弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時(shi)由于(yu)熔深過(guo)大而將打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)穿。第(di)3層(ceng)環(huan)形(xing)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)用(yong)埋弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)完成(cheng)(cheng)。各層(ceng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)參數見表3-63。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)后(hou)將環(huan)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)進行(xing)(xing)滲透檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測和(he)射線(xian)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測合格(ge)后(hou)再進行(xing)(xing)無油(you)干燥氣(qi)壓試(shi)驗和(he)氮質譜真(zhen)空(kong)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)漏。全部(bu)滿足圖樣技術(shu)性能要求后(hou)才(cai)能與(yu)外(wai)容(rong)器進行(xing)(xing)組(zu)裝。
