奧氏體不銹鋼采用手工鎢極氬弧焊可以進行各種位置的操作,其中包括水平固定管(全位置)的對接焊,但主適用于薄壁件和打底層的焊接。
根據接頭(tou)的形式,平焊位置包(bao)括對(dui)接平焊和平角(jiao)焊兩種。
①. 對接平焊
焊件(jian)在裝(zhuang)配時,為了防(fang)止(zhi)焊接過(guo)程中(zhong)產生變形,應放(fang)在夾具中(zhong)緊固,并在焊件(jian)坡口背(bei)面安(an)放(fang)墊(dian)板,墊(dian)板上應開設凹槽,內通氬(ya)氣(qi),保護(hu)背(bei)面焊縫,如(ru)圖4-11所示。
焊接時(shi),首(shou)先在定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊縫(feng)根部后10mm左右(you)處開(kai)始引燃電弧,運(yun)弧至定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊點根部,此時(shi)焊槍畫(hua)一個半圓形的圈,在坡(po)口根部形成一個熔孔,熔孔形成后向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)右(you)側鈍邊處填(tian)加焊絲(si),然(ran)后得向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)左側運(yun)弧,向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)左側鈍邊處填(tian)加焊絲(si),再向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)右(you)運(yun)弧,如此往復循環(huan),逐漸(jian)形成熔透焊縫(feng)。
操作過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)要(yao)保(bao)持(chi)熔(rong)(rong)孔(kong)始終(zhong)深(shen)入(ru)母(mu)材0.5~1.0mm,出(chu)現(xian)熔(rong)(rong)孔(kong)后應立(li)即填(tian)充焊(han)(han)絲(si),這(zhe)時形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)縫才會均勻。如果填(tian)充焊(han)(han)絲(si)過(guo)遲,熔(rong)(rong)孔(kong)過(guo)大,反面焊(han)(han)縫就(jiu)過(guo)高(gao),甚(shen)至產生焊(han)(han)瘤;填(tian)充焊(han)(han)絲(si)過(guo)早,若還未(wei)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)熔(rong)(rong)孔(kong),就(jiu)會產生未(wei)焊(han)(han)透。焊(han)(han)接過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)在(zai)不影(ying)響視(shi)線的(de)(de)(de)情況下盡量采用短弧,以(yi)增強氬氣的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)護效果和(he)提高(gao)電弧的(de)(de)(de)穿透能力。鎢極端(duan)部距(ju)熔(rong)(rong)池表面以(yi)2~3mm為(wei)宜,要(yao)注(zhu)意(yi)觀察熔(rong)(rong)池的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)(xing)狀,熔(rong)(rong)池應保(bao)持(chi)與焊(han)(han)縫軸線對稱,否則焊(han)(han)縫就(jiu)會偏(pian)斜。
熔(rong)(rong)透的(de)(de)識(shi)別:焊(han)(han)(han)接過程中(zhong)應通過仔細觀察熔(rong)(rong)池的(de)(de)變化來判斷是否(fou)熔(rong)(rong)透,以達到單面(mian)(mian)焊(han)(han)(han)雙面(mian)(mian)成形(xing)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。當填充焊(han)(han)(han)絲上(shang)一顆熔(rong)(rong)滴落(luo)入熔(rong)(rong)池時,熔(rong)(rong)池表面(mian)(mian)位(wei)置就會升高,隨著熱量向下(xia)傳(chuan)輸,基本金(jin)屬(shu)熔(rong)(rong)化形(xing)成熔(rong)(rong)孔。由于重(zhong)力(li)使熔(rong)(rong)池下(xia)沉,于是熔(rong)(rong)池水(shui)平下(xia)降,熔(rong)(rong)池表面(mian)(mian)積擴張,這是焊(han)(han)(han)透的(de)(de)重(zhong)要標志。如果沒(mei)有焊(han)(han)(han)透,熔(rong)(rong)池便不會下(xia)沉。
當運弧至終(zhong)焊(han)(han)端的定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)根部(bu)3~5mm時,焊(han)(han)槍(qiang)畫圈(quan),把(ba)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)根部(bu)熔(rong)化(hua),然后填(tian)充(chong)2~3滴(di)熔(rong)滴(di),繼續向前施焊(han)(han)10mm左右,把(ba)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)表面熔(rong)化(hua),最后用電流衰減法(fa)收弧。收弧焊(han)(han)縫(feng)應在定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)后方10mm左右處,以保證接頭部(bu)位(wei)能焊(han)(han)透。
②. 平角焊
操作(zuo)時,焊槍、焊絲(si)和(he)焊件(jian)之間的(de)相對位置如圖4-12所示。電弧長(chang)度1.5mm左右(you),焊槍與(yu)焊件(jian)的(de)傾角為40°~50°,焊絲(si)送(song)入(ru)傾角為15°~20°。
